The Ackerly at Sherwood

Fun open and inviting space, beautiful building, definitely where id like to retire due to great staff!

THE ACKERLY AT SHERWOOD is a beautiful, senior residential care facility. They provide nursing staff and call for needed medical teams for each client.

This has been a wonderful place for my parents to enjoy in their later years. The staff is friendly and helpful and communication between resident and other family members is welcomed. The facility is beautiful and the food is well prepared and presented.

I can’t say enough good things about The Ackerly in Sherwood. It is a beautiful property but most of all the staff is fantastic. Always greeting you with a smile. Anna in the bistro is so lovely and always remembers my favorite drink. Also Lori, Matt, and Derrick in the dinning room are great too. Garret has also been very helpful. Even though I was reluctant to move here it has been very good for me because of all the nice people.

Move in day! So exciting! Everything, facility and staff are first class. Problem: my desk wouldn't fit. I asked Nathan if he could saw off enough. He took out the the part causing the problem and brought it back sized to fit. Blows me away how responsive the people are here. I am looking forward to a happy and active life here.

So happy we chose The Ackerly. We love everything about it. The staff are wonderful, always ready to assist when needed. The food is good, a great exercise program and gym, fun activities, it is truly a FIVE Star resident. I hope this cruise never docks! Come visit and check it out for yourself.

My New home here at the Ackerly is truly a wonderful place. The Staff makes you feel like family, so helpful with any request you might need. All the Staff is outstanding, and I would like to thank one special young man by the name of Nathan in Plant Operations for his assistance in getting set up in my new home. The kitchen staff is definitely delicious and very attractively served. The food is served with class.

A great experience in living! A five star environment with a very supportive and caring staff. The Prime Fit program directed by Nate, the support of Plant Operations managed by Nathan, John, the first class chef, and the rest of the amazing staff along with the friendliness of the residents and the activities offered make living here very special. We feel very fortunate to have found The Ackerly at Sherwood.

What a beautiful setting and so many details tended to. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. There was a trio, live music playing upon my visit there today. So nice to see the residents and staff alike, engaged in the festivities of wine and music.
