I called to get my hair cut. I asked if they had walk in or appointment only. The gentleman who answered the phone let me know it was appointment only. I asked if they had any appointments 'today', and he let me know HE had no appointments 'today', that he was booked until next week. And then the owner (I am presuming) hung up the phone.
I was surprised that he hung up the phone and didn't ask me if I wanted an appointment next week, the next open opportunity. I can only presume that this business doesn't want/need any more clients. They are worked to the edge and are not encouraging new clients. I got the message. I will try another barber.
