The barber was very unwelcoming. She couldn’t find my reservation and I didn’t want to have a haircut done with that uninterested person so I just walked out

I had asked for a men’s cut. The barber was in a rush and wasn’t ready at my appointment time. She asked me to sit but said you will have to wait as the chair and surrounding area still had hair from previous client. The men’s cut online says included a neck and shoulder massage I wasn’t given any of it: looked like the barber dint know about it and said that only came with “the works” but online it says otherwise. Please change the service online on website if you don’t offer them. Seemed like a deception. I got charged for somthing I dint get.not coming back.by the way emailed to the person on below email no response or acknowledgment

My 17 year old got his hair cut here, he showed them what he wanted and it turned out awesome! He loves it!

Too bad, my guy was a regular. If they are running behind, they should contact the customer. He waited 20 minutes past appt time before he left and it took almost that long for them to even acknowledge him when he came in. I called the business and got a bunch of passive aggressive comments instead of any real concern.

Just got my hair as of time I'm writing this, recommend getting your hair cut here, the customer service here is great was able to get it done within an hour of callnig for an appointment. The barber who cut my hair was awesome will come back again.

Always have a great experience here, Taylor cuts my hair and she is amazing! Highly recommend this place

It's funny how the sign on the door says walk ins but 3 hours before they close and they can't see anyone with out an appointment it's not only this one I used to be able to walk in all the time suck.

Probably one of the worst haircuts I've received. I asked for a mid skin fade and to leave the top alone because I was growing it out. What I received was not a skin fade at all. She just lined my ear and neck line. Nothing was down to a skin fade at all. For some reason she squared my sideburns and they were like this (/) and not straight at all when it should have been faded to a 0 because hello "skin fade". I clearly see 3 lines across the back of my head and nothing blended. The barber was so aggressive with the clippers. All of a sudden she starts cutting about 2 inches off the top! I did NOT ask for any of this. She kept on doing what she thought looked best. I have to wear a hat because the cut is so bad and uneven. I would like a refund, but definitely not going back here.

I always get my cut here from the same person because they know exactly what I want. Efficient and easy to get in. Just make an appointment.

I set an appointment and got in right on time. The haircut was just what I asked for and they made me look great.

Natalia did a great job, and was very professional. There is only a five minute wait so this will be my barber going forward.

Went in there with my 16 year old son he is so picky about who cuts his hair we showed the young woman a video of how he wanted his hair to look she looked at it for a second and got it to a tee my son loves his hair cut we will definitely be coming here for now on

The gal who did my hair didn't even tell me the price, or that I needed cash until the end of the appointment. She also nicked my neck and didn't fade my sides at all. My sides are also uneven. She was rough with me the whole time, and I would not go back, and the haircut is terrible and there are hairs poking out because of the poor haircut

I visited The Barbers today after having a terrible haircut with a very argumentative barber yesterday. Nicole was the person who “fixed” what the other person did to my hair, and she did a truly expert job, together with excellent professional conduct. What’s more, when I saw how much trouble she was going to, to fix my haircut, I told her that while she’d wanted to do this for free, I really wanted to give her at least something. But she wouldn’t take my money, saying: “I just want you to have the haircut you wanted, which the other barber refused to give you. ” I thanked her, and left with an exceptional haircut. From now on, I’m going to have Nicole cut my hair. You should too.

If I could give this a one star I would. Because many of the employees hardly listen to what you want. If you show them a picture they give you what, they feel looks best almost. I asked for a a clean up off the top and got an inch taken off. How is that cleaning up the edges. The blend on the side is fine. But people like the length longer on top peoppe. Might as well just go buzz it at this point now because I don't look good with short hair or just hair this length. Was tempted to ask to not even pay because it is nothing even close to what I wanted in the picture as of length. And I asked and told the person to give me something longer than the picture. But she kept on cutting. Not impressed. Want a refund. Not worth 27 bucks don't come here
