The Beach Club & Event Center, Lincoln City OR

We stopped by for dinner last night and the food was so bad that we ended up walking out. The server was amazing, polite and attentive. The atmosphere was great and very clean. The food was just.really bad. I ordered a Med Salad, they didn't have it. So I ordered a PNW instead, they did have it (red flag because the PNW and Med salad are the same ingredients besides nuts and berries, so it's pre-packed).

When it came out there were no berries (it's $4 more because of the berries), the lettuce was not washed and had clumps of dirt in it. My kid's mac n' cheese was cold, tastless, and the noodles were spaghetti noodles which was weird. My other kid got chicken strips and they were so old that even her dad had trouble biting through the breading. My husband's fish and chips were sad. It was two pieces for $20 and they were small and looked like something you can buy in the frozen food section. We waited an hour and there was only one other table. Good food is worth the wait so we don't mind the wait, but this food was terrible. Probably just an off-day for the restaurant but it was too much money to spend and such a long wait for such bad quality food.

The chicken fried steak was a little sweet (the girlfriend was not a fan but I ate it up). The Ahi bites and steak bites, bomb dot com. Oh and the loco moco, personal fave.

With the exception of canned music so loud you can't hear yourself think, let alone hold a conversation with your meal mate/s, we had a great first visit to The Beach Club (and we'll be back). Some of the best chowder we've had on the coast in the 19 years we've lived here, and the flatbread pizza was PERFECTLY (for me) cooked (personally, I hate it when pizza is cooked to the point of being black on the bottom). I ordered the bacon-ranch chicken pizza, and added pineapple and requested BBQ sauce, too. They only charged me 25 cents extra for the pineapple and the side of BBQ sauce was free. It was delicious, and I brought half of it home. Can't wait to go back and try a sandwich, burger, or wrap. They also have some delicious-sounding higher-end offerings, such as steaks and pastas, as well fish & chips, shrimp, clam strips, and chicken strip baskets, so multiple return trips are in order!

Absolutely loved coming here when they opened and have been back 10-15 plus times. Unfortunately they have been having a hard time lately and it shows. At first I thought it was a lack of staff but now after a few visits with multiple staff working our family realized it's a lack of work ethic one employee here literally circles the bar over and over doing absolutely nothing and even avoids making contact with customers leaving the other employees to pick up slack which unfortunately isn't happening either while waiting 30 minutes just to get our drinks we watched as two other families came in sat down watched the one lady avoid them so they walked back out. After this last visit it's going to be a very long time before coming back but im really hoping things get better as this is a awesome place to eat and get drinks when you have children.
We watched a 3rd couple walk out because of no WiFi as well as every table around us complaining about it. May want to bring that back too as you are the only restaurant in town without WiFi and it shows

Great local bar and an excellent use of an old underutilized facility with lots of good events and comedy. The French dip sandwich is great!

Had a small bridal shower for a co-worker at The beach club. Nicole was very helpful. The trays of meat and cheese and fruit and veggies were very good. The restaurant was a great choice to have this party. I’m grateful that we have a place in Lincoln city that is classy and good food. Ohhhh the tuna we ordered as an appetizer was AMAZING! ’ Thank you! From the SNLH lab team.

I love this place! The food is great, huge portions, and reasonably priced. A wide variety of alcohol is available, including their jello “shots”, which are stronger then you might think. The atmosphere is casual, the music rocks, and there’s always a party in the bar section. If you like something a little more quiet, the dining section of the restaurant is a great area to enjoy your food. Video slots are in the bar area, TVs showing sports are everywhere. Tip the wait staff. They’re working hard and doing it all with a smile.

This place has the best onion rings around! Every-time we are in Lincoln City we have to go in. Have a nice cold draft beer and some yummy hot food! We can always count on nice staff as well! The owners have done an amazing job!

My family and I went in on a Sunday. The place seemed like a ghost town. We stood alone in the foyer waiting for a host for over 5 minutes.

After investigating we discovered a sign that said "Find a Bartender". We went around the wall and were finally seated.

After asking our kind waitress what food was fresh on the menu, she looked at me with sad eyes. "Nothing is fresh. Everything is frozen. "

Absolutely unacceptable for a beach-side bar and grill. There is a fish market in the same parking lot!

Lightly battered onion rings, creamy, bay shrimp Mac & Cheese, and Grilled Fish Tacos. Friendly wait staff. How can you go wrong:) We will definitely be back:)

The staff was friendly and attentive. I was on the hunt for a place that had fresh fish, which seems a lot harder than it should be on the Oregon coast. This is a great place to dine. A little pricy, but with a hometown feel.

This is definitely a locals spot in Lincoln City. There food is good quality and tasty. The reason for the 3 is because we ended up ordering to go because of our dog with us on the trip. It took 45 minutes for a sandwich wrap, chicken strips and salad to be ready. Would have pre-ordered by calling but they were not answering the phone. It seemed they may have been short staffed so we were trying to be understanding, but it was a long time to wait. I would recommend this restaurant only if you are going to sit down and eat.

Nice amount of brews noted, on tap. Great place to watch the Stanley Cup playoffs, even if Oregon is not a 'Hockey hotspot'.
Nice assortment of finger foods, appys for the nervous-snack chomping hockey fan.
Not a watering hole atmosphere. Not a loud sports bar, where talking is prohibitive. More a conversationalist/meet-up/ eatery with TVs, tables, and a long, well lacquered bar.

This place is seriously unreal! The food isn’t bad, but their customer service is ridiculous and whenever we try to call, they never answer the phone, we would hang up and call back over and over and get a busy signal instant answering machine for 30+ minutes! There has been a few times, different days of the week that we would try to order for take out and they refuse! Or if someone does answer, they are very rude and pushy on the phone! After trying once more tonight, we will no longer do business here!

Food was great. Tons of options for any desire: salad, pizza, burger, etc.
The old fashioned I had wasn't quite what I expected, but my other friends that had cocktails didn't have any concerns.

This used to be one of my favorite places. Wow has it changed. The service was terrible, the food was overcooked, and with out a doubt the worse cocktail I have ever had. A lemon drop that was about one ounce, terribly made and $10 bucks. My advice, a beautiful place, that used to be great, that is a place to stay away from.

My husband and I arrived at 6 pm for dinner and live music. There was no hostess and no sign to seat yourself. We were ignored for 15 minutes, sat down and waited another 15 min to be acknowledged by a server. Waited 1 hour to get food and another 30 min to get the check. The live band was good but the management obviously needs some training. Won’t return.

I ordered Alfredo with shrimp my first time was excellent. 2nd time, it arrives Milky with no season at all. I mentioned it. They brought me the same pasta, my broccoli was unrecognizable.they took it from my previous plate. It was obvious the chef did not care. I sat there while my family ate dinner. They refused to take it off the bill

I love this place. It's such a nice big place, love the decor and how it looks and feels in there. I always enjoy myself when I am there. Food and service are really good. And it seems they have events often and I've gone to a few and they were so much fun.
