Rapid response to a non emergency, so I would expect the same in anything bigger. Very prompt and cordial staff member.

This is a horrible place to live, and an even worse company to work with;
First off, they do not care at all about renting tenants;
The ground level is basically rented by feral homeless people the city has put in a place.
I work. I pay full rent. I have been assaulted three times trying to just come home from work.
Because this company just allows feral homeless people to rent here.
I don’t feel safe taking my garbage out.
This company is a joke. I’ve tried to call and all they say is “can you take a picture? ” “Can you take video? ”
No. That is their job.
Don’t rent here.

I would like to say even with my issues with getting roomate off the lease that dose not exist anymore he has been gone for over a month. I over all am happy with the bluff apartments maintenance staff they always get something done when requested.most.cases it's when I run into them the day after requested.thank you. Now let's get new lease written up without my old roomate on it and I will decide to stay.thank you guys for all that you do.

Abhorant communication about unreasonable PATIO BLOCKAGE. No progress, no info, no communication. "Temporary blockage" started in May has now lasted all summer, with NO ACTIVITY! If it is so dangerous, why isn't anything HAPPENING? NO WORK AT ALL. And. NO COMMUNICATION! Severely harmful and disrespectful.

The surface of my tub and shower tiles started chipping off, I asked for it to be resurfaced. I had to be out of my apartment for 6-8 hours after the resurfacing, so I was gone until 9: 30pm. I came home to my bathroom door leaning against the hallway wall, my tub was resurfaced but none of the tile up the wall was done, the drain mechanism is on the floor of the bathroom, my shower curtain and towels and things from my wall were laying on my bed and my couch (I don’t mind that they were moved, but nothing was put back) and the screen from my living room window was removed and sitting in my living room. There was no note saying they had to come back the next day to finish the job, but they certainly aren’t done.

A neighbor had mentioned that a leak was coming from the complex and it might be our water heater. I put in a maintenance request to check it out, they came the next day to look at it, and a day later a plumber came by to replace the whole thing. The plumber was very professional and did a great job.

Want to develop mental problems? Move to The Bluffs Apartments, where you can pay top dollar for popcorn ceilings and leaky fixtures. For years, water has poured through my bathroom walls and ceiling.crews of workers are unable to fix it, making my bathroom unusable for weeks at a time. Management told me to use a public restroom, and raised my rent.

My car was broken into in the parking lot, not once, but twice! Insurance totaled my Prius because of the damage it sustained while parked in my space.

The property is owned by a Korean company, and they do not care about the circumstances of the people who live here - they want more money and they will continue to raise rent each year by the maximum amount allowed by Oregon law, until we are forced to get a second job, at which point they will raise the rent more.

Verdict: DON’T LIVE AT THE BLUFFS.

** Management replied to this review, but they did nothing to help "resolve issues, " or help in any way. Instead, they raised the rent even higher! The fact is, The Bluffs are in complete disrepair, and the owners are charging more to fund the new construction that needs to be done on the infrastructure.

If I could give you 0 starts I would. You guys are never in the office or answer your phones so maybe you will get this and EMAIL me back. We have been trying to get the “office approval “ to get Comcast and you say you will email over the approval. It’s been almost 2 weeks. This isn’t the first issue I have with the office and your lack of communication is unprofessional and frankly concerning. The only time you will hear from the office is about rent because your only $$ to them.

Wonderful view, courteous neighbors, helpful management staff! We are a quiet family of 3 that absolutely loves living in this complex.

I have had a very positive experience living at The Bluffs. It isn't luxury living but doesn't have a luxury price tag either. I have been happy and comfortable here, have nice neighbors, feel relatively safe given the high crime rate in the Portland metro area, and have had good dealings with office staff, especially Carla (thank you, Carla). The view of the Willamette from the courtyard is phenomenal and such a blessing! It would be nice to have an in unit washer and dryer but the I've had no problems with the onsite laundry facilities. Another caveat, if traffic noise bothers you, don't get one of the apartments that backs up to River Road. With everything said, I very much recommend this community.

I am a previous tenant here. Very poor management. Hard to reach the office when they actually decide to open. Never answer calls or gets back to you when you leave a voicemail. It’s very frustrating. Maintenance is always here and as helpful as they can be. Management seems to never be around. I’ve been trying to reach the office for a week now and no one answers. I drive out to the apartment complex and no one is in the office. Sign says they would be back soon but waited for a bit and no one arrived. Extremely unprofessional and very frustrating.

Lived here for 2 years, sad to move but had to due to work relocation. Place was great. Pricing was competitive, views were great on the west side of the complex, is in walking proximity to Elk Rock Island, maintenance was swift when request was sent properly, noise insulation was pretty good, parking is great, and grounds are well-kept. Only real complaint I can think of was my stove was slightly dated and the kitchen was a tad small. Small fry stuff.

Qe just moved to the bluffs about three months ago, had a horrible experience with the movers but the bluffs gave our minds ease while we were going through this. After that all we have had are positive experiences with the bluffs. When we have any issues with the apartment or surrounding areas they get back to us the same day. For example, I am a disabled person and I had asked them to take off the doors inside for easier access, they were so understanding and got someone out immediately. - In regards to the ladies in the office (Carla and Cynthia) they are very warm and welcoming, extremely professional and friendly. They constantly make sure we are comfortable and tell us often that if we need anything to let them know. - The neighbors are pretty chill except for two people who live across from us, they are a pain but that's not the apartment complex's fault. Overall we are entirely happy with the bluffs and everything they offer!
