The biscuits and gravy are the bomb-dot-com! They said it was a trial run, but goodness gracious those were fire Super friendly crew, they don't miss. The owners are so kind. If you need coffee in Albany go here and be cool

Came here for a meeting, and we all had a wonderful time! Delicious drinks, friendly baristas, and welcoming environment.

Found this while on an emergency visit to the animal hospital nearby. Saw they had 5 stars and a range of options. It was GREAT news all-around! Healthy puppy mixed with a WONDERFUL blended white mocha. I'll be back

Edit: Updating to 5 stars as they are aware of the issue & actively trying to fix it! The owner was incredibly kind & replaced my spilled drinks due to the lid issue. Fantastic customer service on top of everything else that's great here.

The food and coffee here are amazing, and the space is so cute, but please PLEASE get iced coffee lids that fit the cups better! The seal is so loose, coffee spills out of the cup extremely easily from any slight movement, and sometimes the lids just pop off when I'm trying to hold my drink.

Otherwise 5 stars for everything else! Everyone is super nice! The cold drink cups just make a ton of mess fyi!

They have actual coffee rather than trying to pawn off Americanos like starbucks. I'm a simple man who likes black, no sugar. For me, it is about the roast and the preparation.

The atmosphere is comfortable if you have time to sit a spell. The drive thru is fast without sacrificing service.

Having a barista serve you with positive energy is so helpful in the morning when you have a long day ahead of you.

Great service and atmosphere! What a perfect place to finally have in North Albany. Much better than Starbucks. I also am more than happy to support the local Albany owners!

I got a surprise blended drink and it was so tasty! I’m a big coffee connoisseur and know good coffee when I taste it and this is definitely high on my list of one of the best tasting coffees I’ve had! Ended up splurging on a Reese’s scone while I was there and it was definitely well worth it! It didn’t have a strong Reese’s flavor since it had Reese’s pieces inside, but the moisture in it was seriously stellar! It was not dry at all which many scones can be and this was definitely the best scone I’ve had. I would highly recommend splurging on them too, you won’t be disappointed! If you’re in the area make sure to make a stop by this shop! It is well worth it!

Love this place! The atmosphere, decor, and aesthetics are exactly what I want in a coffee shop! I can sit and work or catch up with a friend. The owners are some of the best people I’ve ever known and they only hire kind, friendly, helpful staff which means you will ALWAYS get great service. And if you go in more than a couple times, chances are you’ll be known by name. Love The Brim!

We love the Brim and the teams at both locations! The new location in North Albany is so spacious and inviting and a great meeting place. Also, as a gluten free person, I love they have amazing GF options. Tiesha makes the best scones!

Couldn’t find the menu online, called and asked, within 2 minutes I had the menu text to me.ordered a lunch panini and was blown away. Simple and delicious. Would recommend 100% on customer service & food quality. Will be back soon. Also, the drive through is a double bonus when you have small children.
