Katie does amazing work, but her issues with scheduling are too common and makes me not be able to give a higher rating. I have had brows and lashes done, they turned out amazing, however, I was no showed twice, and rescheduled a countless amount of times. When I first went to her 2 years ago I had contacted through her website (now taken down) and the price was listed, and also said it included touch ups. When I went to pay she said it was $100 more than listed on the website, I let her know her prices were wrong on the website and ended up paying the higher price. I scheduled with her for a touch up and she said she texted me to ask if I could come later when I arrived, however I didn’t receive the text or confirm I could. When I came in she had another client she had given my slot to and I had to wait. Very unprofessional given I was scheduled and never confirmed changing my time, yet had to wait. When I reached out for my year touch up I asked about it being included as listed in her website. I was told it’s $250 for a touch up, when I asked again if I’m mistaken or read it incorrectly that it’s included I was completely ignored, after no response I decided to schedule and pay the price given because my brows were starting to fade. Then, a few weeks ago I decided I wanted to get lash extensions and went to Katie, my lashes turned out amazing and she scheduled me for a fill for 2 weeks later. A few days before my Saturday appointment she texted me and said she didn’t have a sitter and can I reschedule. I understood and let her know I’m going out of town the next week and could only come in Monday or Tuesday after work. She scheduled me for Tuesday at 5: 00 PM. That weekend I noticed my appointment hadn’t been changed and let her know, I also confirmed the day and time, she said “yes sorry. ” I showed up Tuesday at 5: 00PM to a dark building with doors locked. I called her, no answer. I texted her she said “it didn’t get changed on the schedule” even though I confirmed and let her know my appointment hadn’t been changed on style seat. She said “tomorrow, I’ll make it up to you. ” I expressed again to her I’m leaving town the next day in the morning and she offered me Wednesday at 9: 00AM. I showed yet again to a locked building. She never answered me. I messaged her assistant and she couldn’t get ahold of her either. I never got a response from Katie, no explanation, but later in the day she posted on social media, so she must’ve made it to work. So now, I had to go out of town with gaps in my lashes, and have to wait for them to fall out and find a new stylist. Very disappointing given I was a very loyal client. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Katie is exceptional at what she does. My daughter and I have never been disappointed with her services and she is a great laugh, too! I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Katie for years. First for micro blading eyebrows (which I love) and regularly for eyelash extensions. She is wonderful! I would give her 19 stars if I could!

Just want to thank you for fixing my horrible thin 90’s over plucked brows. I was terrified to get them done. Katie is very meticulous and matched my light color brows perfectly. I get so many compliments. Secondly this girl can do some lashes. After traveling these past 6mn I have had many horrible experiences at other places in many different states. Katie is the only one who will touch my face. She’s amazing, and you will not be disappointed.

Katie is an amazing artist. She’s meticulous and patient. She micro bladed my brows a few months ago and after they healed (less than a week) the color was perfect. They haven’t faded but will definitely go back for a touch up. I also see Katie for lash extensions which are always perfect. She’s able to get me in whenever I need a fill and her prices are very fair. Her shop space is open, bright and clean.

I have been going to Katie for years now. Lashes, brows, eyeliner, and probably more soon. She is the ONLY one I trust with my brows and permanent makeup! She is the sweetest and most talented there is! She literally is a perfectionist and will not let you leave until she is 100% satisfied with her work! I had a bad experience here and never wrote a review, because I felt bad and figured maybe it was just my experience. A friend of mine just used Katie and also had a terrible experience - and now I feel bad that I never wrote an honest review. I had my brows micro bladed here and after the first session, they never took. So Katie said she needed to go darker redid them. I felt like she was rushed the whole time, but figured maybe she was having a bad day. She told me I would need another touchup session, since this was basically like the first one all over again. I ended up scheduling appointments for the touchup TWICE, drove all the way out to Jacksonville each time, just to show up and no one be there because they scheduled me incorrectly. The first time she blamed it on her assistant, so the second time I dealt directly with her. I showed up to an empty office and texted her and she said she could run over there ASAP, but I had arranged childcare to go for the appointment and was unable to stay longer. She couldn’t deny this was her fault, because we had texts between us, confirming what was scheduled. I ended up asking for a partial refund so I could get the touchup session done by someone else, because I didn’t want to schedule a THIRD appointment when I had already wasted my time and gas driving there twice. She said she doesn’t normally do that, but was very sorry and would Venmo me. I never received anything from her and never texted her back because I was over it at that point.
