The Bunk House Motel, Nehalem OR

Thought a Sketchy family runs it, owners and staff. They go through everyones garbage. Dont throw away or give them any personal or financial info. Better to stay safe and go elsewhere. Also didn't like what I heard from folks living in the RV park section. Turns out like half the place is zoned as uninhabitable, some guests have reported becoming sick.

Cute restaurant, with excellent service and reasonable price food, and nice accommodations, old style rooms with plenty of charm

My server was not efficiency doing he (r) work. We ask to recommend a fish from the special they respond I don't like fish. The food is fine.

This is our second stay at The Bunk House. Nick was very hospitable and accommodating. We stayed in the full kitchen room. Very comfortable and clean.

Truly the best place I've ever stayed. Better than every single hotel or motel I've ever been to, not a spec of dust or grime anywhere in these rooms and they all had an amazing vibe and feeling to them! The owner is so incredibly kind and sweet, I could go on about how much me and my family loved this place, we'll definitely be coming back in the future! I'd recommend this place to absolutely everyone

Would not recommend to anyone who gets car sick, sea sick or had drinks that night. Owner said like half the place is zoned as uninhabitable, poorly back filled or something. It’s cheap if you don’t mind risking waking dizzy and nauseous on your vacation.

Unfriendly atmosphere, they make it very clear who's welcome and who's not. Disappointing to see such ugliness in a beautiful area.

We loved this quaint little place. Would have enjoyed staying longer. Very very clean. Nice thick fresh smelling towels and clean sheets, comfy bed and pillows. Would definitely stay here again! Very homey!

Great food and service. With a covered patio on one side and a patio with umbrellas on the other side.

Didnt stay in the hotel but ate at the restaurant. Terrible experience. Food was awful server was rude and unprofessional.

I rented one of the larger rooms and was almost shocked by how well the place was maintained and especially designed. It felt homey from the start walking in and not as though as hospital clean up team and ran through. The room came with boardgames, dishes, silverware, and overall was very well priced at $85 for one night for 4 people. However they do have a $1500 fine for pets so be aware of that.

Great early dinner. Our county restaurants are closed for dine_in. So glad the Bunkhouse was open.
