The Chicken Shanty Bend

Food was alright, I felt that the chicken itself had no flavor and had to rely on the sauce for any sort of flavor.

Customer service was very good, the lady in front gave recommendations and was extremely polite. The food, price and portions were all on point especially for bend as most places seem to be stupid expensive for small portions and or skimped ingredients. The chicken obviously is the main point of this place and it is made to order, juicy on inside crispy and flavorful on the outside.

Joey is the best! And all the owners are just the greatest. The food portions are huge. I got a western chicken sammy and boy was it good, and big! I barely made it through half. Will definitely be going back.
Oh! And the dragon fruit sauce! To die for.

This place is legit. The Nashville chicken sandwich was epic and the fries were great. I didn't know the menu and the ladies working helped me out. The food was fast, but also not too fast to impact getting fresh and steaming hot food.

Delicious! Chicken Shanty's chicken pimento sandwich beats Chick-fil-A by a mile! So glad to have a better chicken option on the north side of Bend!

Excellent portions, worth the price!

Good tasted good. They should give less fries ended up wasting most. The food containers don't close. Sauces were good. Female employee had dirty shirt. BOUGIE SAUCE GOOD! CUTE has sparkles. Just little squirts could be a good thing. Food way to greasy, Definitely could used changes.
Updated review. Figured they would have gotten the kinks out. But still major greasy and TOO MANY FRIES. The place is room temperature/hot with doors open flies inside.

Chicken strips only tasted of black pepper and grease. Honey mustard tasted like Italian dressing or? Not honey mustard. Fries were Luke warm at best and if there were 2 fries stuck together they were not cooked throughly. Too much carbonation in the drinks. Staff was polite while ordering at least.

First visit to Chicken Shanty today. It won't be our last. Food is awesome along with great service and friendly atmosphere.

Chicken seemed like it was frozen ballpark chicken, super bland, wasn’t fully cooked. Pictures online didn’t match the Chicken I got. Food came out quick which ended up being a bad thing. I would save my money and go to Chick Fil A

Actually one of the nicest experiences I’ve had in quite a while. Had a long week and need something different. The folks working are super nice and very helpful. They even felt bad a tender was too small (it was that small) and give me a fourth one that was huge. Good meal for the price and would come back again!

The chicken is so unseasoned, it was really bland…looks like the only seasoning they put in it was pepper. I hope they take this into consideration…fries were good but the chicken was horrible

Some of the best fried chicken in Bend! The staff is so helpful and friendly, the sauces are great, and there’s so much to choose from. 10/10!

They got my food done quick but when I got my order my food was already cold. They had no food warmer there. They forgot my sauce. The food had good flavor but the chicken wings are very small and overpriced for the size and portions. There were flys buzzing around their place where they make their food as well. Probably won’t go back

Wow! Really good chicken and fries! You get a lot of food for your buck. Don’t listen to all the “too expensive” reviews. They’re pricing is right in line with everything else in Bend and you’re getting quality chicken. Can’t wait to go back and try another item
