The Courts in Beaverton

High risk of injury (courts are very close side to side and there is a step a few inches from the end line) and not clean at all. With the fee they charge, the management issue is obvious

Not a safe place to play here. There are so many trip hazards and unattended tools around the courts. Two of my teammates were injured because of these issues, and no one was in the office to provide ice cubes or at least let them know about all these messes around the court! Also, the restroom is disgusting! I have doubts if ir has been cleaned up in the past decade!

Unsafe and uncaring. Slippery floors, concrete walls with padding that is falling off. Complete disregard for children’s safety and well-being.

Very dirty court with lots of stuff at the sides of the courts. No AC and very unhealthy air quality for lots of sport activities. Definitely not going there again. The price is also much higher than THPRD.

My friends and I have called over 20 times in the past month at various times and days and not once has someone picked up.
They are either closed or they don't pick up the phone.

Went for a volleyball tournament in March 2022. The bathrooms were filthy and had no paper towels at 8am in the morning when they opened. The food court area tables were sticky and so was floor. I actually left the facility to use a bathroom elsewhere.

It's a good athletic center for tournament volleyball play.good lighting but noisy and lacking bleachers, miserable toilets, limited and very tight parking. Masking was required and enforced.

Update November 2021: Appears more safety precautions have been put into place with metal pillars now being covered. Thankful!
Initial Review (1 star) : Unfortunately, appears this facility has pretty big safety concerns! Some include metal pipes protruding from the walls at the ends and sides of the courts with no padding to prevent injuries if players go out of bounds. Also, big metal pillars to hold up structure throughout building with most (if not all) are unpadded which one of our players almost went head first into. Not sure if this is a result of COVID and the business trying to open back up quickly? I would be hesitant to have my child play here until safety measures are put in place.

Excellent place to play basketball for a fair fee. Get the guys together 2-3 times a month here

My daughter plays club volleyball here. Welcoming atmosphere. Instruction at OJVA is top! Great family to be a part of.

Big facility, with multiple courts. Don is super nice and useful. Courts are primarily for Volleyball. Oregon Badminton academy also has Badminton courts here.

It sometimes get loud with volleyball teams training. The restroom is clean and functional, but it isn't as nice as the courts themselves.

Unlimited good times making a fool out of myself attempting to sports-ball, but it's not their fault I can't shoot!

Good parking, well run place. Bit of a snafu with roller skating and loud music going on at the same time as volleyball made it less fun

The bathrooms are atrocious! A dilapidated gas station bathroom at it's best. 1 stall is out of order, but blanketed with dirt, grime, and black mold. The “handicap” stall has a wobbly toilet that moves 2” any direction; a safety hazard for the disabled or senior citizen. None of the stalls have paper toilet seat covers. The soap dispenser doesn’t have its lid. There is crumbled up hand tissue everywhere. There is dust and grime on every surface; the backs of toilets, the tissue/paper dispensers, the mirror. This place has not been cleaned in a long time! The stall doors are plywood with fishhook type locks, reminiscent of a saloon door but on a budget that offer no privacy or security. I addressed these issues with an employee, and she couldn’t offer any assistance. Claiming she’s “not in charge of that stuff”. I asked to speak to someone who was, and they were not available.
What an embarrassment.

The bathrooms are atrocious, they stink and there are several obvious code violations! I have never seen a groser bathroom. We can't bring our own food and their food choices are not good whatsoever. They restricted people to using blankets under their chairs, yet they don't enforce it at all.

Not much of a complainer. But... $10 for admission to watch my son play one game is ridiculous - $20 for my wife and me. This is the most expensive place we watch basketball in the Metro area. On top of that cost, you are not allowed to bring outside drinks in and must purchase them there (not the policy of any other place we watch games), the bathrooms are not clean, and the seating makes it difficult to watch the games.

Way too loud. No room for parents to watch. Disgusting, un-maintained bathrooms. Dangerous playing conditions with steel pools (and players from other court) concealed behind a curtain. I like the idea of this place, but they need to invest in a better experience. I’d rather coach my team anywhere else.

Don was so helpful and kind. Steve the owner was very professional and nice. I had a church youth game function here, and they really helped making it possible. Zack who was actually on duty the day of the event was 10/10, hopefully Steve sees this status and gives him a raise.lol. All in all, this is a great venue for games and for special events.
