Solid delicious diner food with excellent service. It’s not going to be a culinary masterpiece, but if you want some eggs and bacon, you’ve come to the right place. Also, get a boozy milkshake. Remember, weekend calories don’t count.

Had such a delightful breakfast here today. We had the most delicious latte and eyed the amazing baked goods at the Kitchen Pantry next door while we waited for a table. The menu is brief but had exactly what we wanted - avocado toast and steel cut oatmeal. Great service and a lovely vibe.

Been here several times and the food and service has always been great! Stopped by today for brunch and, even though they were busy, our food came out ridiculously fast and so good. Highly recommend the chilaquiles with added chorizo!

Such a delicious lunch. Two of us had the turkey avocado sandwices and one had a patty melt. Really filling and all the ingredients were fresh. Cappucinos were lovely too. We will definitely return!

Solid breakfast place. My son had the Chilaquiles with freshly fried chips, red sauce and avocado slices with 2 eggs of your choice. Avocado could be a bit more ripe. Satisfying when all the parts of the dish are on the fork, otherwise a bit bland. My husband enjoyed he veggie scramble with the crispy hash browns and homemade biscuit. Stay away from the jam unless they upgrade it from Smuckers which has HFC in it. Honey is a good option though

We’re from Washington and this has to be the best breakfast spot of all time! Loved the experience! Great customer service, great food, great people! Definitely the best part of our vacation! Forgot to take a pic of the food, it was too good. Thank you!

I came here with a friend during a very busy brunch hour. They were 30 to 45 minutes out for a table. We asked if we could order to go and they said that would only be about 15 minutes. We placed our order on the side and sat outside for the food! We ordered the Tres Meats and it was delicious! The combination of meats in the burrito are so complimentary to each other. The gal that took our order was the most adorable and so kind. She had the cutest glasses with a little blue touch that she said she got from Costco. I watched her run in the middle of a crosswalk to return someone's card to them. She is a really great asset to this company. I will be back again!

The staff were very nice I would first like to note.
I ate a cheeseburger here as I work inside the building. I was enjoying my burger when I choked on something sharp I’m not sure if it was metal or plastic. It was already in my throat by the time I noticed it and it got stuck. For 10 mins I tried clearing my throat and I left my job early. I’ll have to go to urgent care as this shard/sharp object has cut my entire throat and has given me an extremely horrible stomach ache. I’ll never eat here ever again. And it was my first time.

Went here for breakfast for the first time yesterday with some out of town family and had such a great experience! We had a little bit of a wait for a table but that's to be expected on a Saturday morning. Our server, Lichi, was excellent, very attentive and positive and kind! The menu was great with many different options and everyone found something they liked. Our food came out lightening fast and was absolutely delicious! The whole vibe of the place was great, bustling but cozy! I'll definitely be back, especially for the pancakes!

Super tastey nice breakfast! Really perfect service and fun environment to dine in. Amazing how much this can do in such a small place. How does the kitchen serve that many people in such a busy restaurant? One complaint is your bus boy should change industries because he has much more potential than what he puts out.

This is my work time diner. The staff is great. I get a warm greeting evert time I go. And I do it all. I get coffee to go. I get meals to go. And sometimes I even sit down to eat during the work day. The food is consistently good. I love the Fresh Start salad. I also love the Benedict. And the Chiliqueles is also one of my favs.

Good cafe for breakfast. Great coffee. Friendly and efficient service. A bit tight but cute and comfy classic diner feel. If you need to use the restroom it is a bit of a journey down one floor to a different area of the building that feels a bit desolate but otherwise nothing but good things to say.

I live/work in the area and have been coming here regularly for a number of years. The people here are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food used to be spectacular. Lately, I have been consistently disappointed. I have received orders with items missing, and once it was a completely wrong order. The quality and care are also lacking.
I understand that mistakes happen. Running and managing a restaurant during a pandemic must be unimaginably difficult. These are reasons why I'll continue to support The Daily Feast with lower expectations and hope things improve.

Came down from California. We ordered the chilaquiles and they were cold, and dry. Maybe if they were hot and with more sauce it would be a lot better, also
Ordered the half morty everything was good except the hash brown. Food didn’t seem fresh. Staff was friendly tho

Best biscuits and gravy in Portland. I moved here from South Carolina a few months ago, and I can tell you these would be right at home in Charleston. Took me too long to visit, because I only live a few blocks away. Will be ordering breakfast there a lot more often after today.

I ordered the Chilaquiles on a whim, it's one of my favorite dishes - a comfort food from my childhood. Not knowing what to expect in this version from an American breakfast establishment, I was NOT disappointed. Spot on flavor (although my palate likes a little more heat) I would suggest asking for a little more of that salsa (on the side, so your food doesn't get soggy). Two thumbs up from this Mexican.

Slipping a little bit due to COVID, wait times have gone up from what I've noticed. The food is still awesome but they need to hire more people to keep up with demand. The last two or three times I have gone here for a breakfast burrito, I've had to wait 5-10 minutes past my scheduled pickup time in order to get my food.
