They were able to see my cat on quick notice tho it didn't have a good outcome. They were helpful and easy with me.

Very happy with my experience @ The Dalles Veterinary Hospital. In the summer of 2021 (It was 118 degrees that day) I brought a stray female cat home to get it out of the heat. Two weeks later it gave birth to 5 kittens. I was clueless on what to do and 4 of the 5 kittens came down with conjunctivitis. 2 of the kittens were near death. Dr. Davidson and the staff went above and beyond to get the kittens back to health. So grateful for their help! All of the cats have been adopted out (except Jake and Julius.my trusty companions) to happy homes. All have been spayed/neutered and received proper vaccinations. I moved away from The Dalles in August of 2023 but I wanted to send a big thank you to the hard working and dedicated staff. Thank You Dan, Kim, Lisa, Lee Ann and anyone I may have missed. You people are the best!

We've taken many pets here and have always had exceptional experiences. But the call I had to make on a Saturday was for my 14 year old's pet mouse, who she found lethargic first thing in the morning. This after already losing multiple fish, a guinea pig to a tragic accident, and several mice justified our attempt to get help. The Dalles Veterinary hospital was not able to see him (the mouse) but offered to give my information to someone who could. That person called back immediately. Everything turned out OK and the mouse is still going strong. Thank you!

Squeezed me in on very very short notice. The staff were really nice and very helpful. Gave me a lot tips on how to make my Dolly better. Recommended the best vaccines for her. Took care of everything in 20 minutes or so. Great care!

Disappointed. I won't be taking any of my horses back to this clinic. I ended up having to go to another vet to get proper care. I spoke with two vets who questioned why things were not done differently due to the symptoms of my horse.

Absolutely rude receptionist, won't even bother trying this place. When I called I was greeted with a cold "hello" and after asking one question the lady laughed, said "not here" and hung up on me. I wouldn't trust my animal here after such a cold-hearted experience and if I could give no-star's I would.

HI went down there at 730am after spending the entire night with my 17year old Yorkie Babygirl. She was very sick and as it turned out I had to say goodbye that day the most horrible day of my life. We were inseparable for every single one of those years. Her kidneys gave up and she was painful miserable and having a very hard time. These people that helped me that day were very caring and kind. They allowed my entire family to be there to say goodbye and allowed me as much time as I needed qqqq and when she fell asleep in my lap it was very quick and peaceful and as hard as it is for me to say They made things go just as easy as they possibly could even with the emergency visit that day the cost was very fair and not as high as I expected with having blood work done too. Although they offer cremation services there at a low cost I opted to use Eternal Rest Cremation services they are also Excellent and offer the service at a lower cost

Thank you to all of those employees at the front desk and in the back for all the love and kind words it was a very hard day with the love you showed it made it just a little easier

They are always available to answer my questions and can get my pets in when I need them most.

This is an amazing collection of caring people. Amazing place, they treated my situation with dignity and respect. I just moved here, I do travel nursing. My dog Nala fell ill and had to be put down, she was 17. I'm going back next week to take my 24 year old cat.

I have nothing to say because they would not see my pet because my pet hasn’t been seen there before, they wanted to give me # for a vet over 150 mi. Front desk staff just care about how soon there getting off work.she could have at least asked the doctor.

They are flexible, kind and accommodating. They have taken care of my dogs for nearly a decade. They treat my dogs with love and compassion, even though when my dogs are at the vet they act like wretched creatures from the upside down

The Dalles Vet Clinic is terrific! Every person I’ve dealt with has been very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! They are kind to the animals and seem to really care!
