The building is nice over all and I liked it but the homeless that have camps set up all around. It and trash and tents and that goes with that makes it very uncomfortable feeling and does not make a good impression on visitors from out of town not some place I would want to visit again from out of town

My old lovely run down building. Tons of memories. So many downtown adventures. The roof is awesome to hook up on.overlooking the city. To the break of Dawn?
