Love the food, especially the deluxe clam chowder. Very very good. Food is very good as well as the service.

Decor was on point, the BBQ bacon burger and fries were absolutely delicious, server was courteous and respectful. I'll definitely be back!

BEST CLAM CHOWDER EVER!
I've lived on the Coast over 5 years now, and tried a LOT of Chowders. This one takes the cake. The Deluxe Clam Chowder is AMAZING. I come here often. Service can be hit and miss. And the environment isn't the fanciest. But the Chowder & Salads are INCREDIBLE. That you can count on.

I had the calamari strips, not bad. This is a very seaside restaurant. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

We got this recommendation from a park volunteer and had to try it. We could not believe how good the food was! Highly recommend!

As frequent visitors to Florence, tried this place based on good reviews. Appreciated the space dedicated to fire fighters as we had a friend, a NY fire fighter, who lost his life on 9/11. We were just interested in a light snack as we had dinner plans for the evening. Unfortunately found food to be just mediocre. Split a BLT that was mostly bread and lettuce with a few fries (usually expect/see more from this type of place). The waitress was really busy (had a large party next to us), was very kind, but forgot the salad we ordered while catering to the larger table. Maybe we should have stuck to what seems to be the specialty, burgers/fish and chips/chowder? Anyway, wanted to like this place. Perhaps will try again another time.

They charge a credit card fee that they don't tell you about before they give you the bill at your table. That is super annoying.

Okay, just had "supper" there, it was the worst French dip I have ever had by a long way, tasteless rubber beef, rubber cheese and rubber onions all on rubber bread. My wife had fish n cold sweet potato fries.
Service was pretty terrible, I gave it 2 stars because the 2 women were simply doing the best they could and they simply had too may people to deal with.
Do yourself a favour, walk on by.

They were so nice, I got there 15 minutes before closing, was served with a smile and wonderful service. Thank you so much.

We walked in with a party of 8 and the hostess was very rude. She said, “Ugh. I guess we can help you. ” We immediately left and took our business elsewhere.

Hot, and kinda run down environment. Food was average small town diner. Not great, not fancy, but cheap.
