Words cannot adequately express the impact of the Giving Plate. Guests/friends are met with dignity and joy. Food is the most basic of needs, and the Giving Plate ensures that no one is hungry.
I have been a volunteer at The Giving Plate for a year and a half and I am on the events committee for this wonderful organization. I love fun cheering here weekly! The volunteers treat the guests with compassion and love.
We go out of our way to honor special food requests, which Ioved, since I am gluten and dairy free, so I understand the importance of food allergies.
If you are in need of food, please come by! We love to help our neighbors!
Loving and supportive staff with whole, nutritional foods for those who are needy, or can't afford groceries at the store. They also have plenty of Protein/Nutrition drinks for my Diabetic Nutrition needs! Helpful resource!
One of the better food banks in town and they will bring food boxes straight to your car!
