My pet rat is my "man's best friend", and The Happy Pet Vet team were willing to accept her and work on her for needed surgery. Their fees are reasonable and they handled her with great care. They even updated me throughout. Very friendly staff. But most of all, my little gal will have a much longer life thanks to their team. I'm forever grateful and appreciative of their support and care for her.

Amazing! Dr Shaw is amazing. She helped my first dog on my own, cross the Rainbow Bridge around 10pm on a summer night. She came quickly and all the way to my house from keno! I couldn't be more thankful as I thought she would suffer all night. She was kind and gentle. Explained the process. Allowed us to mourn. She then sent a sweet card to my home. Then recently, she saw my youngest pup about 4 1/2, who is a not so friendly big boy. I was amazed by not just Dr. Shaw, but the staff, even though I said he wasn't the most friendly. They were calm and so gentle. They were able to pet him and look him over! I was even able to take his muzzle off! They did so wonderful with him! They made me and my boy feel safe and welcomed! Absolutely recommend! I no longer feel stressed bringing him to the vet.

Dr. Shaw, and her assistant, were very compassionate yet professional in dealing with the emotional decision of uthanizing a family members little dog. I highly recommend Dr. Shaw and especially appreciate her in-home service.

The Happy Pet Vet helped my 19 year old cat Lana cross the rainbow bridge recently. They came after hours for at-home euthanasia and I couldn’t have had a better experience considering the circumstances. They treated Lana with love and compassion as if she were their own cat. I would recommend them to anyone having to say goodbye to a dear friend.

Didn't cost me a small fortune to have my 14 year old pup to be checked out for heartworm and cough.
Need to get a bigger spot. Love the location though. It's literally a black and a half away from my home.

Always been treated nice! A recent pet death resulted me in me canceling my appt the same day she had an appointment! They were so understanding that it was very short notice, but I didnt anticapate the death just hours before her appointment. They were so kind to send me a sympathy card too! Ive had a horrible month, and they even put up with me when i was so upset over losing a parent, 2 pets all within a 2 week window. I cant recommend them enough

They killed our bird clipped my dog's nails and made almost every nail bleed. They gave us the incorrect medicine that lead to our bird's death don't take your animal here if you want them to live. The vet was rude and to top it off they leave you on hold for hours and most of the time they don't call back.

Dr. Shaw and her staff were amazing during a very difficult time. Very respectful of your decisions regarding your pet's needs and treatment. Highly recommend.

They are great! My pets and I love them. There prices are very reasonable. I am so glad we found them.

I called them and they could have cared less that my dog couldn't walk. Inhumane! What a shame. I had heard nothing but the best about them. Though they are not my vet. I would suggest you be a Dr cause that is the clinical they cater to.

Dr. Shaw and her staff are the absolute best. I've been using them for years, but an emergency visit this morning just clarified why. They didn't even hesitate to get me in on emergency. They dropped everything they were doing and saved my girl. This isn't the first time for me either. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart. I will always use Dr. Shaw and always recommend her. Best vet in town hands down, if I could give 100 stars I would!
