The Herb Center, Bend OR

I have been shopping here for the better part of 6 months now and never really had a problem. I buy a couple grams of oil a week. When I get it it stays in my car in the cupholder until it's time for a new one. Well today I went to go put a new one on that I had just bought and it had a crack in it and half of the oil had leaked out. I went back into the store and asked them to replace it (first time I've ever done this) I had the box but did not have a receipt as the previous person had not given me one. "No problem, you can look it up on my account" I said " we aren't aloud to do that, t" exclaimed the clerk.then why do you store it in the first place. Guy said he would give me 10% off my next purchase. Great I'll save 3 of the 36 I just lost. Thanks. The staff was rather rude and I feel like my money was just taken.

I love this place. Yesterday, I was helped by Marvin, who knows a lot about this stuff. He recommended a strain for me that I'd never heard of. Holy f**k. This stuff sends me to outer space. I've been vaping for a few years. I get high and channel, and this stuff is a freaking rocket ship. Thank you, Marvin.

Long wait time and the store was not busy. Would not come back tons of other stores around but i did get a fair deal on a half ounce 53$ out the door. Parking is a joke as well. Friendly staff taking way to much time with other customers

If you could leave a review with 0 stars I would pay good $$ for product and when you open it up and the cartridge is broke they should replace it but they won't.

Of course everything is great there. Friendly customer experience. I always fine something. The hellavated cartridge is great buy

Great customer service. Nice product selection. They need a better location, as the parking lot is a cluster'jam' sometimes. They really need to put up a sign to let customers know which counter is for "pickups only". It does get confusing.

First time stopping by this dispensary today. Normally I go to Oregrown. However, after seeing an ad in the source weekly today that this dispensary is featuring the cookies brand. I had to stop by to check it out. Great dispensary with plenty of parking. Arthur the bud tender was awesome patient and very knowledgeable answering any questions we had.

They had what I was looking for. Little step on ATM charge but still a very nice dispensery. I usually go here when I'm in Bend.

Best shop in town! Affordable and friendly. Short wait and quick service. Plus there is a card reader! Which is nice because I never have cash. No credit yet though, hopefully they can add that soon.

Customer service needs alot of work Check your receipt because you just might not get everything you ordered or your discount. I only go here if I have to.

First ever dispensary I went to. Kinda miss the little stone house. Great friendly staff. Good selection. Love the vibes.

The prices for most of the products is great, if you can afford to wait in line for 30 minutes or more. This place has always been awful when it comes to making things quick

Prices are funny 6$a g to 168$ for a oz.dr jollys has some of the same bud 6$ a g for 120$. My experiences here there just pushing product don't really care about the costumer. Just the next sale. Its sad to see

Even their top shelf bud taste like hay.dont waste your money here. I would take back my product if I could. There are plenty of other good dispensaries in bend. Ill will forsure tell my family and friends not to shop here

Been a long time THC customer since back in the rock house days. Great products with a friendly, patient and knowledgable crew.

I wish I could use their parking lot with the car I have now, their wifi signal jams the remote sensor. Maybe they got a super duper router or something. Or it could be the parking lot is haunted.
