The Home Depot, Troutdale OR

I was looking for hydroponic systems or parts. Unfortunately they didnt have anything but they were happy to point out a place that might!

This is a nice store, gets very busy though and can have a long line outside, there is hit and miss with shoppers following the mask rule, they have very helpful staff and give dog treats. If mask protocol was strictly enforced I would give 5 stars

We've shopped at this store once since we moved here and the level of service we received while there will bring us back again. I'm not a huge fan of home depot because of customer service issues over the years, they've mostly lost me to Lowe's. But this location got it right and I have no problem sharing that. Good job guys!

You no longer carry what I seek. You use to. In fact. The items I purchased for years in N. C.disappeared after my first purchase in Portland. Walmart did the same thing. Nice staff. Loved your Halloween items.

We were looking at a few of the washer and dryer sets for a future purchase. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable, informing us of which would be best suited for our needs.

Home Depot is pretty good. They have a lot of sales attendants that are typically quite pleasant to deal with. They do focus on residential home repair items and do not have a whole lot of industrial or commercial applications.

A big markup on a lot of things, but the large variety is convenient. Their 5 gallon HDPE buckets are a good deal though

I love Home Depot to go for a walk to see all the garden plants it has so much variety of flowers and all the other plants.

It's a Home Depot. They are basically all the same. Lots of products and lots of employees that are good at hiding from you when you've got a question about said products. If you are in a hurry you should probably go elsewhere unless you're a professional at finding things.

I don't usually do reviews and feedback unless it's truly something I believe needs to be shared. I recently bought a NexGrill from this HomeDepot and had it shipped because I didn't have the means of picking it up and transporting it to my home. When it arrived, the box was beat up but honestly didn't think much of it. Come to find out towards the end of putting the grill together, I discovered the metal had been damaged during shipment and didn't allow the grill to be put together properly.

I hate having to make phone calls on stuff like this, but I reached out to HomeDepot and got ahold of the manager on duty, Ian (assuming that's how his name is spelt) and told him my situation of a busted grill with no way of getting it to the store. He listened to the circumstances and was willing to allow us to use one of their rental vehicles to take the new grill home and bring the old one back, and just return the deposit put down on it and discount the cost of the grill so it would end up paying the cost of the rental. It was really cool of him to be willing to think of that solution to help us out, but when he realized how close we live to the store, he took the initiative to coordinate another supervisor to drive out and actually deliver the new grill and pick up the old one so I wouldn't have to make the trip.

Unfortunately, I ran out of time to be home when they were going to make the time to do this for me, so I planned on calling back the next day to see if we can still make this plan happen. Once the next day came around, I was going to wait until after I got off work to call the store and talk to Ian again since he understood the situation. Once I got off work, before I could even call them first, Ian reached out to me to touch base about getting these grills swapped out! I never expect a store or any manager to go out of their way to reach out, especially when some time has gone by. But that evening he sent somebody out, and the grill they brought was already put together for me! I honestly was expecting to have to put it all together again, but I was really grateful for such an easy trade and be able to have the new grill already ready to go so I can start enjoying it!

Thank you HomeDepot, and THANK YOU Ian for being so flexible across out multiple phone calls and coordination to make this happen. Best customer experience I've had so far in something like this. Truly grateful.

Well im a man so what can I say it's Home Depot. Ya it's not Lowes or one of the other hardware stores but it has all the needs and insamts. The ins and outs of what you may need.i do like buying my power tools at Home Depot better then lowes, better package deals on the combos, 6 piece sets 6 tools or more. I like Home Depot, I just generally get treated better at Lowes and also stuff is usually cheaper and better quality. Also I will say it took them a while to have a staff that actually knows what you are looking for or talking about.

Needed 2 items: too big, too heavy. Customer service helped me w/items. Payment and loaded them into my car. Now just looking for help at home. Thankyou Home Depot

I love how the web page tells you the isle and bay where items are in the store. Plus how many are in stock. O was on and out in under 10 minutes.

Not happy with home depot. Made a couple of purchase online and in the store and had nothing but problems. We will get our last item on January 12 and I hope they do good for us or I will have to rethink about ordering from them again.
