The Home Depot reviews
14Today I saw Brandon working outside by himself in the hot sun, picking up a whole pallets worth of concrete that someone had left torn open and bags all over on the side of the building, all by himself and still had a friendly smile and tone when assisting me and other costomers after picking all that up. Definetly deserves a raise after that.
I can get most of what I need from there and it's less than a mile away from my house.
The manager chased my husband out and accused him of stealing. When my husband showed him he has his hand in his pocket cause of a paralyzed arm he turned the other way, we followed him and he took a short cut to get away from us. Made a complaint but it didn't get far. I pointed at him to the cashier as he was fleeing from us and they would even tell me his name. I don't go here anymore. We have given this stupid store tens of thousands of dollars. Two different locations. Neither of us has stole a thing in our lives. We are honest in everything we do. Extremely upsetting.
Gouge city. Watch those prices, they like to leave the old price of a best seller up, only to realize at the register, uh no. At 10-20 a board it's a wonder anything gets built in this town, and so many trees around. I'm new here, I'm going to research and find a better place. HF for tools for sure
All I can say is Wow the staff, Amazing the products Amazing, the store itself Amazing, I will not go anywhere else if I don't have to!
It's always hit or miss. It's really a store guess for professionals, not DIYers.
Frequent trips to Home Depot for varied items for home & garden improvements. Most staff is very helpful.
Poor service if you need help loading. My husband came home with smashed bloody hands from them sending one less than qualified person to help him load. I would highly recommend ordering online for pick up so they have someone pull and load your order.
Upon entering the store and looking at the plywood we immediately had sticker shock evidently the management of the store hasn't realized the price of plywood has dropped almost to the 2021 prices. I'm not sure why the customer would in this area would be so expensive other than maybe they know the people from California would be coming up because of the sales taxes situation. I feel that the price of the plywood and the lumber itself they're gouging the customers. I think $35 is a little expensive for a piece of 1/2-in plywood. I can go to the local Ace hardware store that sells wood here where we live and get the same thing and save myself $50 for gas. People in the store were friendly and helpful but the prices would ridiculous.
There is no cell phone service inside of this place, but the place is clean and the staff is great.
Would not recommend. Do your self a favor and go to Dimond home improvement. I have been shopping In aisles and rudely kicked out so they can run a forklift. I ordered exterior paint for my house and ended up with interior painting. I have to down stack bords to find a good one. A lot of the products in the store are damaged. I am done with this store!
Had an order for curbside pick up. Called the phone number and was left on ignore for over 15 minutes. We had to go inside to get our curbside pick up. Silly to offer a service that can't be staffed.
It's the home dept what is there to say?
Clean store. There's almost always an employee you can find wandering around waiting for you to ask them for help.
Great plant selection.
Yeah, if you need a variety of Hardware items, go to home depot.
They have pretty much anything you need for your projects, and the tools are my favorite part.
