12Forklift operator doesn’t know how to load materials correctly. Tore up the deck of our trailer and then we had to move the load by hand so it was situated properly to go down the road.
This is the worst home depot I've ever seen, terrible, actually zero customer service. I have never bought anything here without some kind if hassle or mix up.
Was in Roseburg at HD, bought some plywood.guy stops me ask if I needed help. He then cut my sheets perfectly and was super patience and kind! Thanks

left and right. I’m 89 and could not find an employee to get a heavy item for me. I left.
Wife and I went in to this THD location looking for a new dishwasher and range for our new home.

John JC Camp in the appliance dept. He was very knowledgeable about the displayed appliances. He answered all our questions, and was extremely professional.

I have come to realize that this area of Oregon has extremely low standards of quality. I don't know how anyone in their right mind could possibly rate this store anything above a 3. This is hands down the absolute WORST Home Depot I've ever had the displeasure of using. They are a bunch of bumbling buffoons, who can't manage to do anything with speed or accuracy, let alone both simultaneously. How people haven't stood up and revolted against the lumber quality here in this area of Oregon is baffling. I'm here to tell you, Roseburg has some of the worst lumber in the entire state, and this Home Depot probably has the worst of them all. Nothing is stocked consistently, shoppers put stuff in the wrong place because they don't care about anyone else, placing an order is literally the biggest joke I've ever experienced, getting my order wrong multiple times, thus delaying my project 3 weeks. Many of the drones here are so useless, it's astounding that people like this can get hired.
As aforementioned, their lumber is absolute garbage. Their special order lumber is garbage, but you pay a hefty premium. Suppliers wrap their garbage lumber for some unknown reason, since the lumber is cracked, twisted, or just straight up rotten. This Home Depot is plain awful. Their lumber suppliers are awful. Some of the employees are good at their jobs (Kudos to y'all), but compared to running a small business like I run, it's horribly shameful to see people barely perform at baseline. I could literally do the work of 4 or more of these employees.
What the heck happened to pride in your work and work ethic no matter your job? Sad, sad days.
The stores alright but who ever decided to put order pick up and returns at the same counter need to be fired.
Also while I waited for the 3 people behind the counter to help the one person at the counter they all kept stopping to answer the phone even though there was a long line. And when I finally got to the register to pick up my order I was greeted with the most annoyed cashier ever.
Home Depot practices “Bait and Switch” tactics. We ordered Farm Gates from the Website. They had them in stock and could deliver them the next day. As soon as we clicked on to purchase, the delivery date changed from next day delivery to 2 weeks out. They wouldn’t provide this information until AFTER you paid for them. We can’t wait 2 additional weeks for these gates and now have to cancel the order, because their website doesn’t provide the correct shipping date. Briton was a great help throughout the process. Great employee. Wasn’t his fault YOUR Website doesn’t work correctly.
During my visit to this Home Depot, which I hadn't been to before, I was greeted upon entering the store and offered assistance in finding what I came in for. I found it exactly where they said it would be. This store was very clean and had friendly employees every time I came across one. The checkout process was fast as well.
I loved going to this store.workers were willing to help and it was a pleasant experience. In the last few months though esp this last trip. The young boy in Roseburg Home Depot was called to help load the concrete and all the while he was doing it he muttered something under his breath and then on purpose threw the concrete bag on the rocks to make sure they popped. He was obviously irritated for asking to do his job. Hope they kick him out. He is making the store look bad
Great. The workers are friendly and go out of their way to help you. I needed some help with getting a key copied, and I asked the guy in the paint department. He helped me without hesitation.
