The Home Depot reviews
14Store is good but if you are hiring any services such floor installation or kitchen work, be careful as they hire third party to do the work. Very bad experience to hire someone to get the job done.
Always able to find what I need, and the people that work here are so helpful! Plants are surprisingly well priced, and the best part? They allow dogs! My dog has gotten plenty of treats just minding her business in Home Depot, which is always my favorite part about bringing ber anywhere.
Would have given 5 stars but the shelves were pretty empty and it felt like it was 100 degrees in there.
This has been my go to Home Depot for over 12 years while working as a contractor. I've gotten to know the workers here and it's nice to be recognized by the staff. I've recently moved and will miss coming here. Keep up the good work everyone! Oh, abd a bit of advice: if you are able to order items online from this location, do it! They will have it ready for you within two hours.
Home Depot is really good about refunds. Even if you lost or misplaced your receipt as long as you don't mind credit in the store. Works for me!
Friendly, helpful staff and much of what one needs for projects around the home. Garden center has the basics, nothing exotic.
Most helpful customer service out of the HD locations in the area. Was getting very frustrated by the service department of another location in regards to a mower that was sent out for work, and came back months later in even worse condition than it left. Dave W of the tool rental center and the assistant manager were great and made sure we didn't leave the store that day until everything was resolved. Thanks!
It's like they don't train their people. Prices are decent but know what you need or go to ACE.
I shop compariso them and their competitor all the time. I almost always end up here due to price and convenient location
Good prices but if you need professional who know how to help you with your project, go to True Value.
Had a great experience. I bought something that I thought I might need for a project but, I ended up not needing. When I went to return it they made the entire process quick and easy.
Great place to get what you need quick and get out. It look around and get those tools you want but don't really need at a good price.
Normal big box hardware store. Lots of main stream products to handle everyday needs. Hardware is over priced. Good lumber can be found, bit you'll have to dog for it.
People in the paint department cant even acknowledge you. There is a group of people standing around needing help and they're just eyes down. Atleast make eye contact and let them know you'll be with them in a moment or something. Dont just avoid customer eye contact, and avoid providing customer service. But that's sort of what home depot's known for.
