The Home Depot reviews
21Good store to have near you. Prices are decent and the service is good and their products are good most of the time.
Generally helpful staff, but not very knowledgeable about what stick they carry or where to find it.
Horrible customer service. I had to ask 5 people where to find the rod for a closet. The 6th person told me another place and I found it one row over. None of them took me to where they said. It has gone down hill.
Very helpful staff, all questions were answered by multiple staff almost all knew where things were and could assist me.
One of my favorite stores! I love to buy paint and glue and whatever else i might need for whatever project im working on. Like this last visit i got a great deal on some paint that was returned for only a few dollars and i also found the 6000 glue i needed. They had it for just over $5. Great deal if you ask me! Next time im thinking counter tops!? ?
Had to wait bec there was not enough staff to handle orders. The sales people were very helpful and nice. They found my order right away.
OH, MY! What, a selection! Way, more then any other store in its, class. I, have been in search of stepping stones. I, havent seen a selection so big! But, no one asked if I needed help.
Sometimes the staff here aren't very helpful and it takes a long time to get their attention at the pain counter. I like their brushes though.
Very friendly worker. He was new and trying to get familiar with the store and still took the time to stop and see if we needed help and to have a quick conversation about our projects for today. Very awesome you don't see many before doing this anymore.
Waited in the paint section for at least 5 minutes, finally had to go hunt someone down for help. When they showed up to help they ended up helping somebody else instead of us. Going to have to find a new store doesn't seem like they treat their customers equally. I have some news for you we're all the same in God's eyes
Have been waiting on a lift for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. The staff have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Now I know why I like to use the local lumberyard!
I felt uncomfortable with the staff. They were acting stuck up, and just watched as we struggled with looking at a product. They did not ask us if we need something or offer to help. They acted like we where invisible until we had already made our decision and ask to purchase. I felt that because we where dressed in work clothes and had our children with us they were judging us. I felt very uncomfortable.
Ana is amazing. She called multiple stores to check for an item I've been searching for (when it turned out they didn't have it). All while helping another customer in front of her with an online order, plus answer phone calls at the register next to her. Multitasking Superstar!
I'm there quite often they have most everything you need, if not they always do there best to reference you to the best place to get said item (s)
Customer service was bad. When we asked for help finding products it seemed like we were annoying their staff and they kept asking a different worker to help us so we had to keep re-explaining what we were looking for but never got what we wanted.
It's alright but doesn't hold a candle to the Beaverton or Oregon City stores. Tend to carry only what sells well. Many things not stocked. Many of the employee's have little trade experience.
Used to be really hard to get help here but now the employees are asking if you need help and they seem more knowledgeable. Way better than just 2 years ago. I recommend them.
This has to be the most difficult access to a Home Depot, you can see it but how do you get to it. Good store, easy check out.
We came in from out of town needing a water hose shut off valve. I was assisted by a wonderful young man who understood what I needed (could not find it myself) and he licated immediately the valve. Great young man! I went to self check out and for a rare expereince, I did not need any help. Great job Home Depot!
