The Human Bean, Keizer OR

Such a rip off. The coffee was great but, there’s no way one medium hot americano with oatmilk should cost $8 (more than Starbucks). I’ve went twice to this location and have gotten charged different amounts each time for the same drink. If you’re looking to try The Human Bean, definitely go to the South Salem location, the same drink from that location only costed me $3.25.

Sometimes I wake up with headaches and only strong coffee seems to bring immediate relief. This morning, the worst happened and I had no coffee in the house. I took a chance that UberEATS and The Human Bean might be a solution. Money well spent. Best coffee ever, arrived early, still perfectly hot. I'm a new regular customer of this coffee place, and would do this again in a pinch, gratefully. (Caramel Hazelnut Truffle or something like that.) High fives all around.

It's always best to get coffee here these beautiful Ladies know how to make a cup taste so good.

Good coffee. I did the drive through. Glad to see the menu at both the ordering kiosk and a lil before that. Helps reduce delay due to indecisiveness.

Just one gripe. I got the hot mocha. But it came very diluted. Not sure if their standard mocha is supposed to be made with 1% milk. Perhaps asking that during the order helps. Coz in most coffee places their default is whole milk

I like the place like you like a Starbucks.nos pastries just nagels and what ever that look like a cookie a d their hot coco is sweet and no strengh chocolat taste.but at list you can seat down and enjoy the music and surf the web on your phone.

Great coffee and staff. Only one complaint, I wish they blended their frozen drinks more thoroughly. Everytime I order a blended drink it's chunky and big pieces of ice get stuck in the straw.

Coffee over priced like Starbucks but more a Ma and Pa shop, the worst part is they knew their toilet wasn’t flushing for days and haven’t fixed it or placed an out of order sign. That’s disgusting

We always know we will be greeted with a friendly smile. And shame on you customers for causing any discouragement or turmoil for these ladies! Been going here for years the coffee is consistently good, I don't go anywhere else now if I can avoid it.

These barista's are just plain old rad! They work fast but they don't rush you and it's great customer service no matter how busy

Since when has HB started hiring rude, impatient employees? I just went to the Keizer location at about 7: 30 PM on October 30. I went through the drive-through and the girl who served me was not only rude, she was impatient when I couldn’t take the muffin I ordered with my coffee fast enough. She was unfriendly, she did not smile and she did not say thank you. I used to go to HB all the time, but I’ve been going to Starbucks lately. I found I had a five dollar credit so I thought…. OK… I’ll go back to HB. Now I know why I’m never going to go back. I expect to be treated with a little respect as a customer. Also, the coffee tasted burnt. I ended up throwing it out. At least I didn’t waste five dollars of my money.

Poor customer service. It’s almost like it hurts them to talk. Staff at commercial st location is much nicer.

I love human bean so I was willing to drive 15 mins from where I live in Salem to the Keizer location to get myself a hot coffee. Not only did the girl who took my order mess up my order, she gave me an iced Irish Creme Breve when I clearly order a hot one. Will not back to this location. It was a complete waste of money and it tasted terrible.

I've been to this specific Bean Location a few times now and the building is larger than most and had an actual posted drive thru and menu to start. The prices aren't clearly listed, but the baristas are usually nice and tell you if you ask.

I don't go for these products often as I don't particularly like coffee and don't have the money usually, so when I go and treat myself and they get my interesting drink correct, it makes me so ecstatic and really starts my day off right!

I quite enjoy a little conversation with my drink, and the particular visit I'm reviewing for; my barista was extremely friendly and happily conversational, as it's really awesome to have a friendly smiling face, and one so willing to share some kind words to start off my day wonderfully.

I'm was very pleased to see a great customer service they provide to their own customers and willing to listen for honest feedback. Keep it up doing an awesome job!

This is honestly the Best Human Bean location, between Keizer and the coast at least.
We always have to special order because if an individual I serve and they always do it just right. I have to order kids temp eventhough it's an Americano. And they have no difficulty. Many other locations we've been to in the valley and the coast can't do it. They tell us it's not possible because Americanos are only one temp um ok? Or they can only add ice after filling it to the top with hot water. Or they use all ice water with the espresso.
These folks in Keizer are super nice and on the ball. They have changed us from Dutxh Bros fans to Human Bean fans.
They're the best!

They offer a large variety of sugar free products. I am a new diabetic and Starbucks doesn't really have any sugar free options. Makes it hard to feel fairly normal when you can't get the items you need in life. Coffer is definitely a much needed staple!
