The Human Bean, Medford OR

My first Human Bean visit was here on E. Barnett Rd in Medford. As to be expected at 7: 30am it was bustling, but service was prompt and efficient in getting patrons served quickly. Wonderful service from the baristas, excellent coffee - I can’t imagine anyone could expect more from this Human Bean!

I guess it's impolite when you're limited on money and spending over $5 for a small coffee, to not leave an average tip. The staff were quite rude and judgmental. The next coffee could have been a bigger tip girls but you wonder why your tip jar is so light? Always smile and say please and thank you and work for your damn money. You don't get an award for just showing up.

Fast. Hot. Nice people. Coffee drive throughs are never about fun, but the staff at Human Bean are sweet and nice, and get your order right. And at 630 in the morning, that's a lot to ask.

They had a line. Someone came out and got my order, and even delivered it before I got to the window. Nice!

Friendly employee's unfortunately my order was wrong. I order a 20oz and got a 16oz order an extra shot of coffee didn't get it

After having a bad day this morning I decided to get me a human bean coffee the employee was very nice. Help me figure out how to use the app and get my wonderful $5 off my drink I tried the hot chocolate frozen it was really good she did say it was very rich and boy she was right but it was delicious thank you human bean

Love the staff. Always friendly, even during crazy busy moments. Oh, and the coffee is good too!

My favorite “on-the-go” coffee spot in Southern Oregon. Their coffee drinks are consistent, and they make just like you ask. And the young adults who serve the coffee are super friendly and helpful.

Love green tea smoothies there there fabulous! Don't go to Starbucks they taste like chalk go to human being they're fabulous you guys rock

This was the first Human Bean location I visited. It happened when I took a middle of the night, 5 hour spontaneous roadtrip North and ended up in Oregon.

What a great discovery, this simple yet cute coffee kiosk was and thank goodness there are locations in several different cities in Oregon and in the Northern parts of California, beyond the Bay Area. The customer service is always met with a smile!:)

Each time I have a chance to visit a city in Oregon, this little coffee place is on the agenda. It's cool that they try to give back and care about causes too!

Although there was a very long line when I got there, one lane was being used for their delivery, the staff got everyone moving quickly and smoothly and my coffee was just how I like it (half sweet). I love this place it's my favorite coffee stand by far

New cup trays are cheap and weak. Had a completely full tray handed to me with 4 drinks and it ripped apart and drinks spilled all over my van. The barista handed me a couple napkins. No replacement drinks no sincere apology. According to my coworkers this is also happened to them with the new weak trays.
The drinks are subpar, coffee is sometimes burnt. They are not helpful in making a drink selection as they tend to say, let me know when your ready. The pretty girls are always chatty with men taking there time. There’s a long slow moving line most days. This is the worst Human bean in the valley!
