This review is long overdue on my part. I got a call from Mark Charlesworth in late 2020 when my father’s house went into probate. His was not the first or last call that I received regarding the property. He was the only agent who talked TO me and WITH me, as opposed to AT me. We arranged a time to meet and Mark toured the property, made a very thorough presentation of what he and his team would do and then listened to what my family had to say. All told, Mark spent over an hour with me & my brothers. When we had no more questions, he left it to us to make the decision as to whether or not to work with his team. It was quite clear to all four of us that Mark was the best possible choice. I’m profoundly glad that we chose Mark and his team! They are outstanding. Professional, friendly, encouraging, quick to return calls, excellent at explaining the steps involved in selling the house. My family’s concerns were heard and addressed, the property sold quickly at above asking price, and the process went forward without issues. Mark and his team took the anxiety out of readying and selling the home. I would not hesitate to contact Mark and his team in the future whether I was buying or selling a property.
