This is my second home that I found with Rick and Beth’s help! I returned to them because they were fantastic to work with the first time around, and they did not disappoint the second time! These two are so responsive, a step ahead of us when something came up on the market that fit our needs, and right there to answer any questions we had along the way. Through closing Beth continued to communicate with our lenders and all other parties involve ensuring that we closed smoothly and on time. Rick was great with the communication as well and has a lot of building/inspection insight to share. These two are also very connected in Bend and know the market, I always felt that we were in knowledgeable hands and really trusted their advice and approach. I hope that I will not need to buy a home for a third time, but I would most certainly return to them! Rick and Beth are a great team.
