I'm so happy I found this store online. Merri Artist has a wonderful selection of art supplies at very reasonable prices. Lightning fast shipping. I placed an order on Saturday evening and received my order in Tampa, FL on Tuesday. My Dr. Ph. Martin Hydrus paints arrived in perfect condition - everything was packaged with great care. I will definitely be ordering from Merri Artist again. Thank you!

I ordered a sketchbook on Monday and it just got here today, Wednesday. And it was also so well packed (in a box, with lots of eco friendly paper cushion)! Well priced, well packed, super speedy shipping. Absolutely now one of my go to places for art supplies now.

I had the owner clean up a canvas print, she was so generous with her time. AND The store is so FULL of such quality art supplies, staff is awesome and always willing to help you find or decide on the best item for your needs.

I placed an order through The Merri Artist website, after shopping around for a site to buy Van Gogh watercolor paints. They had the entire collection to choose from, and at a competitive price!
I also ordered a few watercolor brushes, and crossed my fingers because it's a bit of a gamble buying brushes online, as they can be damaged during shipping.
The care and thought that went into packaging each item was very much appreciated! The brushes arrived in perfect condition.
The company also uses "green" packaging, so you can recycle most of the packaging materials. They even have those special packing peanuts that dissolve in water.
I've found my new go-to website for brushes. I would absolutely recommend them!

What a incredible store this is! I found everything I was looking for and MORE. They carried all of the latest releases of the supplies from Daniel Smith and sets of watercolors, pencils, and gouache and all at competitive prices! Their customer service is responsive and helpful and their shipping was speedy. When I am in the Oregon area would like to visit in person. Highly recommend.

2. Everything at MerriArtist is new. For instance, I have tried buying paints at Amazon and most of the tubes look used. At MerriArtist, you can be sure of getting nice fat, undented tubes.
3. Everything at MerriArtist is assuredly NOT counterfeit. I feel like I'm spinning the wheel whenever I buy from Amazon.
4. At MerriArtist, you can reach a person on email or phone without having to get around a bot. And the person you talk to is an artist, knows the materials they carry, and is a huge resource for your needs. And they're happy to help!
5. At MerriArtist, you get excellent packaging. My brushes and papers are perfectly packed and never bent. BTW, thanks for the rubber bands used for their clever brush packing. I really needed those for paint sorting.
6. Oh and the price, very reasonable, and sometimes beats Amazon by quite a bit.
