The Northwest Hat Co. reviews
7I’m really really pleased with the service I received here. Top notch for sure. I was nervous to step beyond the realm of your basic baseball caps and whatnot, but Mike was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging, WITHOUT being pushy or trying to sell me anything. I’m super happy with the hat that I ended up choosing, and I’ll most assuredly be back!
This hat store has a large selection of hats from gangster to cowboy and Mike is a friendly guy who makes you feel very comfortable in His shop. He asked me if He could help and man did He ever. I learned a lot of stuff about hats From Him too and it was an awesome experience. For my future Hat purchases I won't have to go anywhere else. I highly recommend the place
Mike is a really sweet guy - fixed my wool hat for free & had great conversation! Best hat spot in eugene
Amazing work this guy did on my hat. I brought in an old wool felt cowboy hat and he remolded it to a perfect gambler crown, replaced the hat band, cleaned it up and it looks amazing. I am just in love with the work. I really didn’t think he’d be able to reshape as well as it was. But damn it came out amazing. Definitely recommend. They can also make any hat you want from scratch. No place around here does this kind of work. Phenomenal service.
Brushed, steamed & reshaped my Australian-made Akubra hat, while I waited today. A wonderful place to shop!
Gem of a store with old-school ambiance. The proprietor is super cool and a heck of a dresser. I am in love with my warm furry hat which was surprisingly affordable!
When I had hair I never wore hats. I've long since lost my hair so hats are now my past, present and future. I've bought at least six or seven hats here and come into the shop several times a year for (complementary) brushing and shaping. I love the selection and the professionalism of the owner. So long as I need hats I will be buying them at Northwest Hat Co.
