Extremely rude people making the appointments here, not at all being communicative about insurance. Called me 2 days after I scheduled an extemely important visit to cancel it for a reason that could have easily been communicated beforehand. Wouldn't explain anything to me over the phone & was mean when I kindly "complained". Terrible experience, they don't care at all!

I have been living with CTPAH for 12 years. It alomost claimed by life several times. Very few physicans are knowledgeble about it. Dr. Farr is easily one of the best physicians I have worked with on my journey. I am so thankful to him and Brittany for helping me regain my quality of life.

The entire staff was excellent and I got the best care. They were ahead of schedule and I was in and out very quickly. Dr Zhu was terrific and everyone there was so kind and caring. The best experience!

Overall experience very good. Staff was efficient, informative and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Bray and his staff.

Very very terrible service with doctor! First of all, Dr Rashida did not do anything and yet I was charged for the les then 5 minutes.meeting just because she meet with me. She is a very unprofessional. I felt disrespected.
If you are black or Muslim please don’t go to that doctor.

Dr Balestra is an Excellent Pulmonologist who listens and has Compassion for his patients which is hard to find he’s Great!

Left my house in plenty of time but got stuck in a road construction site and absolutely nothing I could have done but wait. It made me 10 minutes late and they said I would have to reschedule as they moved on with another patient. How many times have you come early and waited 30 minutes for them to call you in? This is ridiculous. Big corporations running our medical facilities, no human compassion involved.

These amazing ppl are extraordinary! Dr. Flora is the absolute most awesome doctor I've had the pleasure of having help me get better after a very long time being very sick. Joshua Nicholson as well is a dream. Both so professional, caring, thoughtful, funny, smart, and truly have your best interest in getting better and finding the way to start the journey of healing.

The security guard needs to watch his language while he's on the phone with it on speaker. He was trying to make himself sound so cool because of how he handled a homeless person. Very distracting and unprofessional.

The Oregon clinic has a problem with communicating with patients letting them know why they're being sent to a specialist and then on top of that you have to sit on hold for at least 30 minutes which is worse than social security and then the call gets dropped and nobody else wants to help you with it the only reason why I continue to go to The Oregon clinic is because my grandfather went there if there was somewhere else I could go or do you have another option I would definitely take it because this place is a joke

Horrible staff! From the appointment center to the front desk personnel. They have cancelled and rescheduled my appointment multiple times & when asking to reschedule, the AC asked if I wanted to be seen at a closer location and I said sure where would that be? With an attitude she snipped and said well you’ll have to call them I don’t have the ability to schedule over there! Then hung up before even giving me a location or any other information. I showed up for my appt today & the check in person was 30 min late to her job and therefore I wasn’t notified that the audiologist called out AGAIN! Seems like an ongoing issue! The woman rudely said “well; since you’re in healthcare you should understand”. I understand things happen; but for 3 months and 6 reschedules? And ZERO notification? I am also human and get frustrated; have a family; career & don’t appreciate the rude tones and constant run around!

Terrible service and terrible people here! First of all, Brooke doesn't lift a finger to help people. I had to wait 2 months and personally choreograph the transfer of my referral from the referring physician. Brooke says she never saw the referral but the gals at the referring office had the records of when and where it was sent. So I finally get an appointment and then I came down sick so I called to see if they still wanted me to come in while sick. They do not answer the phone and didn't call me back until after the time of my appointment. I scheduled another appointment 2 weeks out figuring that would be sufficient time to recover. My sickness got worse and did not go away. It even go worse on Sunday, so I went to Urgent Care this morning, Monday. After getting back from early morning Urgent Care, I called to cancel my sleep study that is coming up on Tuesday night and asked them to call me back. They didn't call me back and instead called the referring physician to tell them that they no longer wanted to provide a sleep study for me because I didn't call for cancellation a week ahead. Who has the crystal ball for me to see a week ahead into the future and plan my sickness? My sickness got worse over the weekend and I called on Monday morning giving 36 hours notice that I was sick. They also have a policy that they don't want you in there when you are sick so which one is it? Hypocritical oath more like. They only want to choose the policy that serves them and not the patient. Terrible people working at this place. Do nothing Brooke also claimed to have sent me email which I never got, told her so but she wouldn't lift a finger to confirm that she got my email address correct. Never had worse care from the medical profession.

The folks there were very courteous, thorough, and professional. It was a great and satisfying experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

My care provider at the clinic is Dr. G. Farr, who has never been anything but attentive, informative, and caring. The staff at the clinic deserves big kudos, as well. I've got a prescription that needs to be approved to be re-prescribed every time I need a refill, which requires a phone call to the clinic. I'll say a long overdue big thank you to Courtney, and apologize to the others, whose names have slipped my mind, who have also helped me with this process. Much appreciated.
