The Oregon Clinic Orthopedics reviews
4Doctor O’Shea and his team are one of the best knee teams I’ve worked with. Both my knees have had recurring trauma to them and i have been helped through it all. Surgery was done with professionalism and with quality care. Many thanks to Doctor John O’Shea and his team.
Easily. The. Most. Dysfunctional. Front. Office. Clinic in Portland! The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. I sensed "Red Flags" before my March '20 knee surgery (meniscus), I should have listen to my gut. I've had problems post surgery; had my knee drained 2x & a cortisone shot each time. They rescheduled my 3rd post surgery visit the day of my appointment, from over a week ago to today & all along they knew I needed an x-ray before the doc could render his opinion. I called earlier today to inquire when/where to get my x-ray.no one returned my call! So I show up early & ask in-person about the x-ray. Not only did it need to be scheduled beforehand.but the 6-week doc appointment I've been painfully waiting for would also need to be re-scheduled.again. How many of you have ever had to research & schedule your own x-rays? !? Time for a new clinic!
Dr. O'Shea did an excellent job on my knee. He made my leg straight again! I'm thankful for his expertise.
Dr. O'Shea and Physician Assistant Lisa Anderson are very good and attentive to my needs. After being a patient for over 5 years, however, the front office staff never fails to disappoint. They are consistently rude, curt, and downright unfriendly. Tread carefully when you enter the waiting area.
