The Pavilion reviews
19Beautiful building that is a wonderful addition to the community. I have loved being here with family, learning to ice skate, and enjoying the great community vibe! This is a special place and we are so grateful.
My son started his first hockey/ice skating lesson and everyone was so nice and helpful. Even though my son is special needs and couldn't participate like everyone else he had experienced support and everyone was completely understanding while interacting with him.they didn't treat him any different than other children there. The whole facility is set up really nice and user friendly. Thank you Bend parks and rec.
Drinking and thinking and drinking at the pavilion. Skating and skating and paying at the pavilion. People and people and steeples at the pavilion.
It was great! A simple place for simple fun. Even if my child enjoyed the snack bar and the Zamboni the most.
Thanks Bend park & rec!
I took my 5 year old grand daughter here for her first hockey game. We had a great time. One suggestion I would make is that if you're bringing little folks the top of the bleachers is where you need to be.
Nice place to visit. The rink was in grat shape. Front desk personnel was on her phone and seemed a little bothered that I had a question. There is no snack bar available during weekday open skate. And water refill stations were out of order.
Very busy. Ice was pretty tore up. But fun family event overall. Some rowdy kids skating too fast but definitely worth the visit. Just be prepared for crowded ice and some slight annoyances. Also bring quarters for lockers.
Cheap skate was excellent! It was definitely quite busy, but it was very enjoyable and the price was hard to beat.
The open skate is so fun and i especially love the disco nights.its a little hard to find their ever-changing schedule but not that bad.definitely recommend!
The indoor/outdoor feel is wonderful. I'm always impressed with the architecture of this place and the connection it imbues to this great place we live.
The Pavilion became a home away from home during roller skating season. Such a fun thing to do and a rare space where most everyone's happy. When our local roller rink closed down, BPRD thankfully stood up and gave us a beautiful place to gather. Glass walls allow a view of the sunset while grooving to music around the rink and there's also an outdoor firepit where one can chill and get cozy on cool nights. A sweet community of roller people has emerged and it's only going to get better. Am excited to experience the winter community too and get out on the ice! ️ The staff are friendly, super professional and helpful. Bend is lucky to have this amazing place!
This place has it going on. Awesome skating rink, roller blade in the summer and ice in the winter. Lots to play with, table tennis, corn hole etc.
So nice to have a skating rink in Bend! This place is very clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and they have a decent snack bar. There’s ramps, fire pits and a large grass area that they set up for hole on during summer.
Cheap skate Tuesdays. Not bad rental skates. Only problem is it doesnt smell like my youth hockey rinks because its outdoors.
A lovely place to go ice skating. I came here in the early January and paid roughly 12 dollars as an adult for rental skates and I don't think there was a time limit to the pass.
The space was very kid friendly, and not too busy at the time. We stayed from around 1pm to 3 pm.the little skate 'crutch' was super useful for our four year old to get on the ice and feel comfortable blazing back and fourth across the ice.
I would definitely go back, it's unfortunate that they aren't open on ice all year, but it makes sense. I will definitely be coming here instead of the 7th mountain inn for the following winters.
Had a great time here ice skating. It’s nice to be outdoors but covered. The price with skate rental is a good deal for a couple hours of entertainment
So much fun here, we had a blast. And this is THE most beautiful ice skating rink ever! Thanks
We went on a Sat evening and it was very busy. For being outside it was not as cold as I anticipated. I was very happy they had the walker looking thingys! Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. There are seating benches inside. Lockers available. They had fire pits outside. Good size rink. Affordable. Kids had alot of fun. Would definitely visit again.
The building was clean and the ice was all right but one of the employees in the blue coats named Nico was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He had no room for compromise and just acted like he was better me. This interaction with Mr. Nico destroyed the experience that me and my son were here having. I will not be returning till he is gone.
