Recently I had to move my elderly parents from their large home to retirement communities. I then had to find a trusted real estate agent to sell their beloved home which I found in Lauren Perreault with Re/Max. From the fabulous pictures taken and video made for the MLS listing, to the tasteful staging of the house for market launch and the exceptional follow up by her during the entire process she was superb. However, the highest praise I can give to Lauren is that she helped sell and close on the house during a global pandemic (Covid-19) and that makes her the perfect agent to list anyone’s home for the market.

My husband and I were referred to Lauren by a good friend of mine who had previously used her as their Realtor. My friend said she was terrific and we were NOT disappointed. We contacted her to buy investment property in Portland even though we lived in California (better returns up there!) and ended up buying two different duplexes at the same time. She recommended an inspection that seemed at first like overkill but we are so glad we did it - turns out the sewer line to a brand new building was crushed, which could have cost us many thousands if discovered later. Lauren's experience guided us to do this, thus saving us from a big bill. Lauren always followed through - if she said she would take care of something, she did! Awesome is a word I used frequently to describe her work and you cannot go wrong with hiring her to be your Realtor. We now own two shiny new buildings in the area and I will definitely use her again if we purchase more property there.
