The excellent Dr. Portuese! I remember being really anxious as a youngster about having such a major procedure done, but Dr. Portuese and his staff made the experience a lot less tense. He did a fantastic job, and I could not be happier with my nose job result. He has such talent, and my family and I are very glad we went with Dr. Portuese!

My whole rhinoplasty procedure was a great experience. The staff and Dr. Portuese himself were extremely pleasant and welcoming in getting ready for surgery. They were fast to react to my questions and provided me with concise, helpful responses. Everyone was really kind and made an effort to help me feel calm and collected even on the day of surgery, which greatly reduced my anxiety. After a couple of hours of surgery, there was little any bruising, and I was feeling great. This was the ideal outcome I could have hoped for. The staff members were still kind and attentive throughout my subsequent visits, and they advised me of all the precautions I needed to take. Overall, Dr. Portuese and his staff made the difficult and frightening decision of getting rhinoplasty a breeze. I chose Dr. Portuese after carefully vetting a number of board-certified facial surgeons, and I had a deep plane face and neck lift with him late early this year. The work of Dr. Portuese was excellent. The result is of incredible quality; the differences are small but significant. Nobody is aware that I had work done; they only notice how much better I look. The two sides of my face are naturally very different from one another, which makes working on my face very difficult, but he was able to use his talent and expertise to make my complete face much more balanced. Dr. Portuese and I just had the pleasure of working together, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. He was the perfect certified facial surgeon to help me reach my desired outcome,  since I wanted to add a tiny drop of filler to my nose to give it a more balanced appearance. I never liked my nose, but I didn't think it was so bad that I required a nose job either, so I wavered back and forth for years. I finally worked up the confidence to go and am so glad I did after seeing how gorgeous the results were (compared to many other doctors) after several friends had theirs done by Dr. Portuese!  I've just been one month post-op, but I absolutely adore my results. He truly comprehended my concerns and absolutely delivered; they are subtle and natural. I didn't need to take ANY painkillers after my surgery, not even Tylenol. Recovery was simple. Bruising and swelling were minimal, and I felt wonderful when I returned to work two weeks later. Kudos to Dr. Portuese for the superb outcome!
