I was lucky Jenna found us! She went “door knocking” in our area and we were the last house she was going to. She offered to tour the property via video, and provided all details necessary to get the ball rolling. Jenna and her team managed all facets of my listing. This was the first time I have ever sold a home. I had no idea about every step of the process whatsoever when I first started thinking about selling my moms house, or what to expect throughout the process. I have also work in the service industry and am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like selling a house) ; and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Jenna exceeded in both aspects.

Adam and his team are amazing. They were patient with our requests and prompt at answering our questions. The team checked in with us weekly. They are very professional and use sales tools more advanced than other companies. Look for yourself. Adam includes a floor plan! That is missing from 90% or more of the other listings. Each of his listings include a 3D video! In these days of people shopping and buying virtually- Adam's listing tools do help buyers really see themselves in the house.

The office in general, and Adam Rutledge especially, were very helpful throughout the entire sale process. Adam helped us with suggestions for preparing the house for sale, making great suggestions for improvements, and generally "holding our hands" as needed the entire time. I strongly recommend his office for any house buying or selling needs.
