The Shippin' Shack, Florence OR

It is wonderful to have GREAT customer service. They made a difficult return package to Amazon easy, way beyond what most shipping businesses would do for a customer. I like giving my business to a small & pleasant company like the Shippin Shack.

I have been a customer at Shippin’ Shack for many years now and can attest to not only their great customer service but also their help and thoughtfulness that extends way past what would normally be expected for such a business. I not only have a mailbox here but use many of the services offered as well. Todd and Amanda (the owners) are both fairly laid-back people but exhibit a far reaching and detailed knowledge of the products and services at Shippin’ Shack. I would quickly add, however, that all the staff do a fantastic job even at the busiest of times and with the most persnickety of customers. As I frequent this business at least twice a week… and usually more, I can assuredly say that Shippin’ Shack is second to none when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I only wish I could give this sorry excuse for a business zero stars. I wouldn’t use them unless you want your packages lost or stolen. This place is a joke and is probably running as some type of “front”. The manager is completely rude and unprofessional. I’ve never had such a horrible shipping experience in my life. I highly recommend Shipping Solutions in the Grocery Outlet shopping center.

These people cost me $500 and lost one of my packages. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.
