What's up with this place? The people lack customer service. They sell you items they know nothing about. On top of that, I got a vape battery and was told it was 1 temp. It wasn't.

Bought a cartridge yesterday went to take the package off and throw it in the big trash they have by the door which clearly has other customers empty cart packaging and the cashier barked at me "i cant do that here" which I was like ok.well dont put two big trashcans by your door that encourages customers to "recycle their packaging". I went outside to try it out and the battery wasnt working. I went back in and the same cashier was very awkward and unwelcoming told me it has a low charge I should be able to use it a few times click 5 times on button. I went back outside to try it again and still nothing happened. Went back in and another employee told me she doesnt know how those work since its new i have to go home and charge it. Long story short im in the middle of no where in oregon with a catridge and broken battery. Charged it over night and battery still not working. First and last time I visit here 0 stars

Every time their service is amazing. From the time I walk in until the time I leave with my purchase.

This place charges you six dollars to use your debit card and gives you a million excuses why they can't do this or that and their pods don't work. And their name is Stephen.

I came here the day after thanksgiving, it’s close to my family’s home (visiting from out of town). I walked in and said hi and everyone behind the counter looked at me awkwardly and said nothing. My partner went to ask about the cartridges and the person behind the counter was extremely dismissive and rude. She told my partner the carts are there, behind the chain. Nothing else.

This place feels more like a store to
acquire drugs rather than a place to buy cannabis, super sketch. I wouldn’t be surprised if the staff are dealing other offerings.

I was gonna buy an oz for a party later that evening, but my partner refused to spend money so I stood by his choice. It’s sad that the unfriendly staff cost this business at least a few hundred that day. Bad vibes = no patronage.there are too many options in this industry to have such poor customer service.

Went to Emerald Triangle and they took care of our needs. ET is very similar to most dispensaries I visit in Oregon- Friendly knowledgeable staff. Avoid the SPOT, they are mediocre at best and have bad customer service.

What is not great about this place? It opens at 7: 30am and they offer an early bird discount before 10: 00am. Their selection is quite large and even when they are out of stock of the exact item I went in for, they always have something very similar. Plus, the staff is not only very friendly but super knowledgeable and have taught me a lot since I started going there.

I have been shopping here for 3 years now.
They have deals on flower that are tasty always.

Me and my wife go here alot because they have such a wide variety to choose from (specifically sativa strains) and are super knowledgeable about all the products they have so you leave excited and happy with what you chose.

Super lame you guys don't open till 9 on weekends but 730 weekdays? I will just go to cloud 9. Inconsistent prices for the same product even for medical patients also gives you a one star. Woke Companies = Broke companies.

Prices are cheap because most ounces are bulked out by 85% stem.at this point i’m going back to supporting local plugs

If I could give a negative 5 I would… I swore after the $80 quarter, for medical patient, I would never shop there again.caught in a pinch yesterday morning, got a oz for a $100, was super happy. I went back today, she charged me $66 for the last of the same medicine, which was 9 grams
(7 flower, 2 shake) they got me again… shame on these people.

Super sweet bud tenders! Prices are definitely decent, with a good variety of choices. Definitely should check them out!

You should teach your bud tenders etiquette. When one bartender has a jar and a customer, another bud tender shouldnt come and grab it. They should probably ask if it’s being used.

Very helpful, and when momentarily unhelpful they were still friendly and they recovered quickly.
