The Suites Assisted Living and Memory Care

I knew the Suites was a special place the moment mom and I walked in. Patty was so easygoing and she made us feel super welcome during the initial tour. She answered any questions or concerns I had in the most kind and compassionate way. In under 30 minutes I knew immediately the Suites was the place for mom. I loved the energy, seeing residents and staff interact in a warm and friendly manner. The facility is modern, super clean and airy. Top notch! The residents seemed happy, which is an important first impression for me. My mom means the world to me and it was so important that she felt comfortable. It's been a couple of months now and mom is like a new person. She's so happy! Her apartment is beautiful, and if she needs anything, staff has been so attentive and kind. I couldn't ask for a better home for my mom. Thank you so much!

I am so grateful for all of the staff that takes care of my mother. They are very kind and always willing to help her. My mother can truly feel of their love for her. As a family we are very grateful that she is so well taken care of at the Suites Assisted Living.

My wife and I are so impressed with the quality of communication and care that my mom is receiving at The Suites. From day one, the team there has demonstrated a deep commitment to my mom's health and well being. I am so relieved to know that my mom is safe, clean and treated kindly. All the staff members are kind, respectful and caring. Whatever it may be, they bend over backwards to help us. The Community is kept clean and smelling good. We have so many fun and interesting activities to do. It's good to know that we are kept safe. I love it here, never thought I'd say this but this is home. ️

I worked for The Suites Assisted Living for 4 years before leaving to take care of my grandma who had been diagnosed with dementia. We were blessed enough, that when it became time to place her in a community, was the same time the memory care wing opened and she was the first resident to move in. I returned to work there a month after my grandma moved in and have been back for almost 3 years. It was like coming home to family. My motto has always been “I wouldn’t place my grandma somewhere I wouldn’t work and I wouldn’t work somewhere I wouldn’t place my grandma”.
I love our team and I love our residents. We really are one big family. It is a privilege to be a part of the team and it was a privilege to have my grandma be a part of the family.

My Mom has been at the Suites for a week now and she is happy! It's a miracle that it has all worked out and we are so thankful and blessed that we found such a beautiful and loving community for her to live and thrive!

I began working at The Suites, September 17,2020. I work as the Laundry Aid and it is the best job I have ever had. It is a job that is very rewarding. I love doing laundry for the residents and getting to know and love them. The management and staff are very supportive and my supervisor is great. I am so very blessed.

My mom just recently moved into The Suites. All the staff and employees that we have met so far have been very attentive, caring and professional. Patty Ely was our first contact and has been amazingly helpful and very generous with her time and experience.

The facility was nice and what hit me immediaty is the staff was very warm and approachable. It helped my mom to relax and take it all in. She felt good about the entire experience. You can tell they understand their residents needs and the main one is to help their residents feel pertinent and my mom did.

Moved my mom into The Suites a few weeks ago and all the staff has been very friendly and very helpful. Wanted to give a special thanks to Patty Ely and Angel Griffin for helping me and my mom get through this stressful time. Great work.

I have been playing music for the residents of the Suites for several years now and I must say it is one of the nicest, friendliest caring Senior Communities in the Rogue Valley! It is such an honor to be a part of the Suites Family! It is a place I would feel really good about a family member, or even myself when the time comes, to live out the golden years!

I moved my Dad in to the Suites recently. Working with Patty the last month getting everything in order to move Dad was great. The facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Patty has text me updates and sent a picture of Dad settling in.

My husband and I recently moved his mother into the memory care side of the facility. I was a little apprehensive, but after meeting with Patty Ely and the rest of the staff, I was able to set my mind at ease that she would be well cared for there. She's always smiling and in good spirits when we go to visit her and she has already made a few friends. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of my mother-in-law.

We just moved mom into the facility. We have a very good feeling that she’s going to be very happy here. The staff is very friendly and efficient and was very helpful to us while we were moving her in. Our first breakfast she was thrilled with the quality and the flavor, she’s been texting me and letting me know how much she’s enjoying her new living accommodations and has been reacquainted with old friends.
