I arrived to Sygma at 21: 48 for a 01: 00 appointment on Jan 24,2022. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment did not matter and they were going to have to work me in. I was finally called to go to the door at 06: 45 AM. They did not start unloading me until 07: 15 AM. It is now 07: 45 AM and I have a green light however, the office said that they do not know how long this is going to take.

It is companies like this that contribute to the 255,000 driver shortage number that is constantly rising. They need to actually honor appointments and make sure they are getting drivers in and out in a reasonable fashion. I plan on adding this review onto ITS, DAT, Trucker Path and wherever else I can.

I hope that this company will do better in the future and actually honor their appointments.

Good company I have appointment at 1 am. I checked in 12.30 am. Got unload in 10 mint Before my appointment

Good place, check in starts at 10 pm, got a dock right away and was empty by midnight, they do have lumber fees and they accept efs etc.customer service is great. And clean restrooms!

Lady at receiving is awesome and they are very fast I hit the dock 2 minutes later they were in my trailer love this place amazing

Excellent! Arrived 6-8 hrs early for a 4am unload. Got me on a door and was unloaded by 11: 20pm night before! Parking is scarce as is the case all around Portland area. Great place to deliver

Awesome place easy in easy out very quick unloading very friendly staff, very little parking to rest or chill for the night but some atleast.

Little to no parking, BUT these people are FAST. In and out from check-in to check out. Wear a mask. Lots of truck stops and rest stops around to get close. I stop at the TA on I-5. Half hour away.

Nick at receiver was great polite quick and safe. The only downside is not whole lot of parking so watch out. Was out within 0.5 hrs this was for dry load. The receiver is down at near by dock no. 1 Fill out the sheet. They only accept checks no visa or cash so be prepared.

Nice people. Quick unload. Quiet location. Fresh air. Almost couldn’t tell the city was all shut down in political chaos a few miles away.
