The bedroom light has been not working going on 4 weeks now. The screen to the master bedroom was fixed, but cannot move.

Staff is friendly and professional.
Should not have to pay for valet trash service, if you don't need it.

I live at the Terraces and I love it here! I have lived in many different apartments across the US and even lived in a house, but I love it here. I love the 2 porch feature and the rooms are big. Kyle is great and all the staff are very accommodative. By no means am I saying an apt is better than a house, but this place makes me not miss it too Much.

When we moved in Monday there were some things that we wanted looked at/fixed and when we brought them up to the team they had the majority of them fixed within an hour of us having the conversation. We are very pleased with the communication and work being done to ensure the rest of our concerns fixed. Thanks again Kyle and his team!

Pros: gym, pools, hot tubs, balconies, community areas, all well kept and newly renovated, dog friendly with dog park, they even bring in food trucks around dinner time so we can support the community without needing to leave the complex, also there is almost always tons of parking.

Cons: the dumpster is almost always over flowing which makes taking the trash out a bit gross sometimes having to avoid other people's trash on the ground in that space, you can pay to have your trash picked up but we would rather not.

Since Bridge Property Management has taken over the property I’ve seen a steady increase in the livability of the complex. I’ve lived here twice for a total of 10 years in the past 15 with this last stint currently at 6 years and counting. I’ve seen many property managers with Bridge far surpassing any of the others. There have been some bumps as the management started cleaning up the property and is attempting to have everyone follow the rules. I can say that my personal experience, particularly with Andrea, has been great. Whether I’m talking to her to collect a package, sign my lease, discuss a distressing situation, or catch a golf cart ride to the weekly food truck, she is always professional and kind. She listens to me and sometimes that’s all you need. I’m excited to see the continued improvement of the property.

Well kept facility, lots of communication from staff, pools, hot tubs, but they are very strict about what can be on a balcony.

The new property management group appears to believe their duty is to constantly antagonize and harass tenants instead of providing quality customer service. Will not be renewing.

If you're considering this property, I'd reconsider. Choose a place instead that will enhance your living experience rather than detract from it.

Save your money, not a good experience. Lived there for a year and couldn’t wait for the lease to end. Extremely unreliable, and was charged a ridiculous amount for things we couldn’t use, e.g. Gym, pool. I understand due to covid these were closed, but still had to pay for them to sit there and collect dust. Parking is horrible and you have to pay for a spot. Cabinets were falling off in the kitchen, blinds were broken, paint job was bad. When we moved out, we were robbed - they took every single penny they could and it cost more to move out then to move in. I’m not perfect, but the things we were charged for were ridiculous. I do not recommend these apartments. They steal your money, don’t care about you, ignore you, and care more about appearance than anything else. The only reason I gave a star is because it’s in a good location and the maintenance team is good.

Most of the staff is good except for this one guy that concentrates more on dressing well and less on customer service.

Problems with this apartment:

1) They purposely put cover tops on a lot parking spots to force people into paying an extra $40 for a cover top spot. The open (non cover top) parking spots are cramped and you can expects dings/scratches on your car for sure. This is crony capitalism

2) Their heaters are old and inefficient. Your bill is going to be 30% more than the similar unit in that locality. (PGE has a tool to view the usage). MOST IMPORTANTLY: They don't have A/C in the apartment. You and especially your dog will be fried in the summer.

3) They are aware of all these problems and they make you sign a year lease contract.

Advantages:

1) If you have a big dog and a dog like a German Shepherd or a Pitbull that most apartments won't allow, then this is one of the few apartments in Portland Metro for you.

2) Very close to Target, Bestbuy, Buffalo Wild Wings, Rei, Macy's, Trader joe's etc

The Maintenance crew here at The Terraces are THE BEST — quick to respond and they get things resolved. My experience has been great — Jeff and his maintenance crew have great rapport with the tenants and care about the people who live here. Thanks guys for all you do!

This place is all I location location location. Everything is central from here, but your far enough outside the city that it feels like your in a small city.
The property is great, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Transferred units recently because we simply needed something bigger, was a relatively painless process, they were flexible and helpful! If you have problems talk to the staff, be patient if it’s something outside the norm and they are happy to help.
