Very rude if you ask any questions on a UPS delivery that has any problem, this has happened several times with Amazon returns.

My Jackson and Perkins living rose bush, lilacs and etc order was sent here by mistake instead of my home.
Cindi was beyond helpful and trusty Nathan who works from the hub delivered to my house the next day. My American greyhound adores him and his diligent service makes him my superhero as is Cindi now.
This was more than the mandated terms and I cannot state enough praise for this help as a cancer sufferer especially considering how busy the store was when I phoned for help several times after the UPS 1-800 customer service was useless.
They've always been very kind and very helpful. I enjoy coming here when I need to make returns for my Amazon packages.
Extremely rude. They've hung up on me four times. They just pick up the phone, then hang up! You shouldn't be in business if you can't and won't assist customers during business hours. No help whatsoever. A year later and they are still the worst. They still answer the phone and immediately hang up before you can even say hello. This business should lose their UPS contract!
My packages were left on the ground 1/4 of a mile away from my home. Anyone could have picked them up. One package was severely damaged (see pic) and the other larger package was shipped unwrapped with photo of contents clearly visible (see 2nd pic). There is no excuse for this failure of delivery. UPS has been provided with the gate code on multiple occasions. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I don’t understand the low ratings for this place- I was vacationing on the coast and suddenly needed to print and notarize multiple documents within 2 hours. The employees were absolutely wonderful and helped me complete everything and get it mailed out right away. Emelio in particular was patient and stayed beyond his notary shift to make sure I could finish. What started as a stressful experience became a simple one and I am Incredibly grateful to this store!
Emilio was so very helpful and polite in maneuvering technology to accomplish my returns to amazon and macys.

Terrible customer service! We arrived 5 minutes before closing with a really heavy package. The old white guy was really racist and didn’t take our package saying they were closed even though it was 5 minutes before 6.
I have visited the store multiple times and have been pleased every time. I’m thankful for their hours since the Astoria post office is closed on the weekends, and they make Amazon return super easy!
All the negative reviews have inspired me to write a nice one. Ive been here twice now for drop off returns and both times the young guy Brian? Marc? Has said hello not just to me but all who enter. He has been courteous and helpful. I will no longer avoid this UPS location

Only 4 stars due to be closed on Sunday when I really need to get my mail. All staff have always been helpful and friendly. Thanks to all.
Store closes at 5pm on Saturdays. When I arrived today to do a return before 5 o’clock, the doors were already locked. The woman at the computer was just sitting there (nothing was being done on the computer) and didn’t bother to come to the door to see what their potential customer needed. If your hours are 8-5 please open and close on time.
American Airlines lost my suitcase, then recovered it, 16 days later, and delivered it to a local address after I had already returned to my home 3,000 miles away.
Someone brought the suitcase to UPS for me and Emilio worked with me over the phone to get everything packed and shipped. I haven't received my bag yet, but everything has gone smoothly so far. I'm very thankful for his assistance.
