I drop of shipments at this location 2 to 3 days a week. I've done this forever. I love all of the employees at this store.

Came in for a print job
The older guy with short hair and beard at the counter instructed me to email my files to the store.
I did,
Then he started printing them,
I asked a moment later if they were going to be double side
He said "I already sent them, you should've said that before I printed them".
I then clarified that I dont need the first two files to be single sided because it will come to a total of 100 unneeded pages.
He rudely refused my request to change the files to double sided and refused to fix the issue. He then repeated, "oh well you should've said that they needed to be double sided before I sent them".

That's just bad customer service, it should be a part of the process in addition to asking what paper size, to ask if the client wants the file double sided or one sided.
I ended up being charged $34 for 160 pages, vs ~90-100 pages.
Definitely won't be going back to this store.

Don’t expect to leave the parking lot, employees will look you dead in your face and start packing the truck that blocks the only exit. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a UPS store.

Staff is excellent — I received quick notarizing help and observed above & beyond service in providing recommendations for other customers for efficient shipping.

They sent me home with someone else's package and then the owner proceeded to harass me and be rude to me because I wouldn't drive 30 minutes south on my child's birthday of all days.
Now, not even six months later they have LOST a $200 item in their store. They have no idea where it is or where it went despite it being delivered and scanned into their system. Funny how the owner isn't harassing me to fix this like he did with the other person's package.
After two years of having my PO Box with them, I can easily say that I will be finding a more reliable place to get my mail. I cannot believe I'm paying for them to harass me and lose my packages.

Really tried to get me off the phone, didn't want to help and could not be bothered. Told me to try the post office, didn't get pass 3 numbers from my tracking number before she said they couldn't help me. Thanks UPS Lady

Costs $, call around as other locations are free. Charges $2.00 to print shipping labels they request you must email them, wait for the email to arrive to them then they print label took more time than we’d like.

Verses free at other stores walk in show them label code they code scan, print, apply your your box all in less than 7-10 seconds your done.

Terrible customer service. Got to the door at 6: 29 and they locked in front of me. Had a prepaid label just had to hand it to them. They shook their heads at me and laughed when I showed them the time. Was only not there earlier because my bike bag fell off a block away. Miserable employees.

I want to make it clear I am not giving this store a 1 star review, I’m giving Grace specifically the 1 star; 0 if I could. She treats customers so poor, rude, and she tries to make them feel stupid; I get retail sucks but you have to have common courtesy. I’m surprised she’s allowed to be manager. To be safe just go to another location because the chance you catch her on a bad day (which is more than not) she will be very snarky.

I order alot of stuff from Amazon, As I moved here not to long ago.pretty much rebought my entire house. Clothes & all. I always seem to have returns. But the Staff is very polite, Very helpful.

Fantastic front desk service today. Had to return a modem but couldn't print a label due to wifi hookup issue. Most helpful and reminded me to get a pkg receipt for proof of return. She made my day!

The crew at this UPS has been nothing but amazing in helping me ship numerous bits of high end and often fragile pieces all over the country. Been shipping here for over a year and they have made it happen every single time I’ve come in! A big thanks to everyone at this location.

I just used this location to send a piece of equipment back to the original company that partners with UPS. Service was FAST and easy and Andre was great and courteous and understanding. Thanks for helping take a weight off my shoulders!

One of the WORST businesses I’ve ever been in. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! There are two “women” who seem to run the show and are just down right rude! Avoid at all cost!

Their scanners don't work to scan the QR code when returning an item to amazon. I was really surprised when customer service told me this and acted as if it was my fault. Went to another UPS and they were able to scan my QR code no problem.

Nice employees but their hours are constantly changing and they are frequently closed just posting a note on the door listing the reason. Call beforehand to verify if they are open.
