Staff is slow and far from friendly. Always takes forever to do simple things.

July 2023 update: this place could not suck any harder. Sooooo slow, staff standing around not acknowledging customers, manager is incredibly rude. If I could go anywhere else, I would.

I was going to give a 5 because they fired the blonde haired lady that was really mean and after going in for a few months and noticing she wasn’t there I asked if she was gone and they said yes I was happy I won’t be seeing her anymore! Then I came into day to buy a Father’s Day card and a Anniversary card cause I always like the cute cards and funny cards and I was told Corporate made them get rid of it so that’s very disappointing! And that’s why your getting a 4 instead of 5 blame it on Corporate!

They do the best they can and as friendly as they can even as busy as they can get. Great hard and I mean hard working people there. Very conscientious of the needs of their customers. Appreciate those that do thier best for you. Nora

No pricing is listed, scanned 1 page was charged $4.99. There is no cost to UPS store to scan (no ink, paper, etc)
Complete rip off- will not return

Lady I just talked to on the phone had a snappy attitude on the phone, I assume cause she was busy with other customers on the over the counter because she asked me to hold before hand, no reason for a snappy attitude though. Need better customer service.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I arrived just before 3 when they were closing. Several people tried to come to the door after they closed. One lady yelled and threw a fit. Rose, Sharon and Lisa went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so very much!

Supe easy drop off 1/9/21 in the morning with the AM shift crew, Friendly, chill and efficient.only some people outside can't park their car straightwhat it's new. But overall their doing a good job.

Extremely slow, line of 10+ people waiting outside just to get in. Other UPS stores I use are much more efficient!

Terrible service! A lady named Gloria is the person I get every time and she is so dramatic! I was trying to ship a package and she started going through it! She asked what I was shipping and I told her apparel. She then panicked and said she would refuse my service becasue I had a holster in the package. (There were NO weapons!). She then looked at me like I was going to rob the store and backed away from the counter. She said I could not say "holster" and that no mailing service ships them.

This was not the only issue I have had with her. I called them and she answered and said she cannot talk to me becasue there are too many people in the store and told me to call back. I called an hour later and she picked up again and said she had too many people and she then tried to put me on hold but forgot. All she was doing was having a conversation with someone for 30 minutes! She eventually picked up the phone and I told her my name and asked to have her give me a tracking number and she said she could not find it. After telling me she couldn't find it, she found it. She then told me the tracking number and I repeated it and she didn't tell me it correctly, 4 attempts later, she said it was right. When I tried to look up the tracking number, it didn't exist!

Patronizing. My wife and I have both been talked down to by the same employee in different instances. 40-50ish Asian woman is the culprit. Avoid this location and the mall it is in, both are filled with actual and literal trash.

Ups drivers slammed my fragile package down on my porch and called to report it and they aren't responsible for them? Who is then? If it broke it would be on them. Went to confront him and he should be glad he left.

I own a small business and use this location all the time for all my shipping needs. The owner and employees are all very nice and professional.
They are always very helpful and get me in and out as fast as they can!
