We've always had excellent service at this store! The young lady that works evenings is very helpful! That girl deserves a raise!

We do a lot of shipping for our businesses and have been to several UPS locations between Eugene and Corvallis. This is by far the BEST location! The staff is friendly and competent. They do their job efficiently, getting the customers what they need in a timely manner. When I have a choice I always go to this location!

Refused to take an amazon return because it didn't have a label. The whole point is that you don't need a label for ups drop off. I had a QR code. I do a lot of business with Amazon and ups, first store I've had an issue with. Another one in town, ten minutes down the road, had no issue with my return, just this one.

NOT IMPRESSED! Had to get a land sale notarized. I had to go back three times as the document was not done according to the requirements. After the second time the hall of records staff provided their contact to be sure the document was done properly. Still not correct. Once I returned to the records department, they stated the representative at the UPS store they talked to wasn't very receptive. I would recommend going elsewhere for any sort or notary!

I believe the owner was the representative I mentioned above. Take reasponsibility without excuses. That is your job and your employees job to know. First time I get, second time frustrating, third time just not acceptable.

Oh by the way the people at the Hall of Records downtown Eugene were awesome. THANK YOU SO MUCH! AMAZING!

The UPS Store is a business owners' best friend. Wendy and the team on Division Ave in Eugene have helped me with shredding, printing flyers, making vinyl banners, and even helped with my passport renewal photo. They also printed an awesome car photo for my garage. The store is clean and staff is friendly. All around wonderful experience every time I stop by.

I use this UPS store because of the location, but have been continually impressed with the friendly customer service that I experience each time I have been.

I had some urgent documents to print, sign, and get back to my wife while I was out of town. This UPS store perfectly fit the bill. They were able to print the documents, notarize my signature, scan them in, and email them back to my wife complete in a bit under a half hour.

Thanks folks, you saved my bacon!

Website says open until 6, I was refused service at 5: 45. Website says specifically under notary services open until 6, if it isnt, it should specify 5: 30 and not have me drive all the way in. You need to manage your website better and have correct times on there and not make excuses in your comment section. Poor customer service!

Nice customer service, but VERY EXPENSIVE, it took less than 5 minutes to box item and charged over $20 for supplies and handling fee. The postage was less than $10, but total bill was over $30!

When I was in The UPS Store I was promptly greeted and assisted by Bryan. I thought everything went well until my Amazon Prime refund for $64.99 didn't appear for 18 days. After leaving a lower star review yesterday, I received helpful feedback from UPS Store customer service today. I contacted Amazon for the second time, chatted with an associate and was immediately given a refund for the item worth $64.99. Thank you.
