I got there just as the store was closing. They employees welcomed me in. They took the time I needed to help me with the package I needed to send to my daughter in college. The UPS employee gave me the respect and assistance I needed. She was very kind, efficient and helpful.

I just got 5 star service here, the employee is also a ups driver. This man was not only very helpful and efficient, he handled inefficiencies on my end with grace which I don't see much in customer service these days. If the regular employees there are half as good as he, it's still a 5 star ups store

I had two big packages of model helicopters to send and Madison was awesome!
She did excellent packing jobs and always helps me get the best price on shipping. I really like her and recommend her to anyone.

The staff were patient with me trying to find the QR scan codes for Amazon returns. They even taped the box closed for me so I didn't have to buy a roll of packing tape for one box. I am happy with my experience! They did great!

I came here for fingerprinting services and I was greeted by 2 kind employees. The process was quick and easy. Very good service!

Paid $14.99 for passport photos. The UPS Store printed the photos in the wrong format and the passport office would not accept the photos. UPS store refused to retake the photo or refund. I ended up having to charge-back the $14.99 with my bank due to the unwillingness of UPS to work with me. My guess is it's the new UPS Store owner being unreasonable and unknowledgeable about the passport process, as I didn't have these problems previously.

This Ups store rocks! They were super friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to my dude Karsh aka Advan. He was so nice and did whatever it took to get my label printed. He even gave my 2 year old a sticker! Highly recommend going to this Ups store for all of your shipping and packing needs!

I've been using this UPS Store for years, but never been this happier with the service. The new ownership has really taken things to the next level. The store is now much cleaner and more organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I think Vandy and Madison are among the best. I recently had to ship a package overseas, and the staff was very patient and helpful in walking me through the process. They even made sure that my package was packed securely and arrived on time. I would highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient shipping service.

$2.50 to print out the shipping label from Amazon return. They only tell you the price after they print it. If you ask them to print something in Black and White, it’s $0.30. The store owners won’t allow the 30 cents print charge.

This place is really great! Hardly ever leave reviews but they are all so great there I had to. Any printing needs you have that they can do.go here! I won't mention any names but there is another place very nearby that has the worst customer service, this place the best. The contrast is shocking. JACEN helped me the last few times and he is a delight! All shipping needs and printing copying and more these guys can do it and with a smile and excellence. Above and beyond. THANK YOU!

I’m putting 5 stars cause Im hoping they respond this way. I’ve called and left a message cause they never answer the phone. I’ve emailed, no response. I dropped off a heavy package on Feb 3, I have zero updates on my tracking. The only tracking info I have is that they printed the label and that I dropped it off. I physically saw them put it on the truck. I’ve called customer service 3 times and they tell me I need to contact the store. I have no idea what to do and I really hope they haven’t lost my package. It’s expensive and very hard to replace and an heirloom.

Any help would be appreciated but I’m not getting any. The ups claims website garbage. Pretty frustrated at this point and wish I would have just driven it to Kansas at this point.

I walked in and the girl openly ignore me. Then the guy when done helping person in front of me also openly ignored me. Very rude

Over priced for shipping (anywhere in the world)
Over priced for notary ($65.92)
Overpriced for faxing (3 total pages faxed $75)
Employees act like zombies who have no interest being there.
My recommendation is to find an alternative location or different business altogether.

I asked them if I could have a package sent to their store since I only have P. O. Box that wouldn’t accept package delivery, I confirmed three times that it was ok to have a package sent to the store so when the package arrived they sent it back to usps and now ups and usps are saying they don’t have my package. This it very frustrating because the people working there are worthless.

So, you can go online and scheduled an appointment for a notary. We did, and got a confirmation of the date and time, and inside this confirmation is a message that says to contact them if our plans change, and have the confirmation number ready. Well, our plans didn't change. We showed up on time, only to find out the notary was not there that day. We explained that we had an appointment and received a confirmation notice, and they said there was nothing they could do. So.they want us to contact them if our plans change, but they can't pick up the phone or email us if their notary isn't going to show up for appointments? What a waste of time, money and gas. Don't give them your business or your money for anything, and maybe they will go away.
