5Go across town. Literally every time I've gone here I've gotten attitude and misery from the same lady. She seems to be the manager, but I find that hard to believe with her attitude towards customers
After going, four days of not being able to make it down to the UPS store to do a simple Amazon return package, I headed down today, (Saturday) because the hours stated closes at 5 PM on Saturday.pulled in at 2: 58 just to see an employee closing down the security curtain door. Your hours say open till 5 PM on Saturday and even if you did close at 3 o’clock I was there two minutes early for a simple drop.thanks for wasting my time on a Saturday. Very disappointed.

Had our wills notorized and witnessed. They went over and above to assist us. So impressed!
Went here to drop off a very expensive package, the lady at the counter was the “manager” and was immediately rude to me for no reason, i then gave the information for shipping and asked about shipping insurance but was told “We CaNt Do tHaT bEcAuSe We DiDnT pAcK it” so I said ok and asked the price of it and then told her I had to run to my car to grab a few extra dollars, she threw up her arms like it was such a huge deal, terrible experience! I will never go back to this store again
