11Pretty ridiculous that they charge to print shipping labels and at an absurd rate $ 2.30 for a label! Don’t go here, then they couldn’t even get the thing to print.
Called to see about amazon returns. Some UPS stores do not require a printed label and a box, some do. The young man on the phone could not tell me if I needed to print the return label.and insisted that I had to look at my return on Amazon, and Amazon would tell me if I needed to print the label.
I arrived 6 minutes before closing, and they locked the door and wouldn’t let me come in to drop something off. The two women just looked at me blankly, waved at me, and then left to the back room. Now I have to come back a second time for a quick drop off.
As a small business owner, I rely on UPS for printing and shipping. My old UPS was so great and responsive, always able to print marketing materials I needed on the same day. This UPS location has been unresponsive and slow. Called on a Saturday morning about printing and they told me they probably wouldn't be able to print that day but they'd respond to my email. No response so I call back a couple hours later and I'm told the printer is now broken and I should find somewhere else to print. Of course these things happen but I'm more bothered with how they just don't seem to care that issues like this can really negatively impact small businesses.
I stop in her almost daily to mail things off for my small business. The nicest employees. Always helpful and polite. I recommend them to people all the time. Notary service is fast and efficient. Been using them for 3 years now-never a lost package.
Website says it is open, and it's not. Wasting people's time is not a good way to earn customers. I won't be back.
Always great swift service with returning Amazon packages & shipping things out via UPS. PO Boxes available 24-7. I wish they opened the store earlier for shipping.
The staff is always super friendly and helpful and they are productive.

I always head to any UPS Store with the expectation that there will be a line, especially around any holiday, so this never bothers me. Employees are really nice and they always try to help!
Heads up: This store isn’t actually connected to the online UPS website (although it appears to be), so don’t make any print orders online as they don’t actually get those. Owner shared they’ve been trying to fix this for a while. Even with this mishap, they always help me get the print job I need done.

Sent a print job online, went to the office to pick it up, and they said they don't use the online portal anymore and I should send my documents to a gmail email!
I asked for a refund and they asked me to email the portal website I used to submit the print job, I did that but never heard back!
