I went the end of January 2021 to rent a P. O. Box. My first impression was an employee sitting on top the counter, crisscrossed legs playing with a paper clip or such. We looked directly at each other and she did not say one word; turns out she was the manager. The counter person waited on me. First she misspelled my name and after trying to fix, called 'the manager' over to help. 'The manager' told her she would have to complete the document and then start over. Once the hurdle of correct spelling was complete, the worker told me my cost would be over $200.
"What? ", I barked. "I only want three months".
"Oh, I must of misheard you, I thought you said a year. " so guess what.third time a charm? Thirty minutes later, documents are ready to sign. I told the worker that I did not have my glasses so she would need to help me out. Signed and paid, I was done. About three hours later I discovered that I was not going to need the box after all and went back. I told 'the manager' my good news and she immediately said, "we don't give refunds". "It's stated on your contract. "
"Oh", I said, "the one I didn't get a copy of? " 'The manager' looked quite pleased with herself knowing she won the sale. Customer service is not part of 'the manager's' make-up. In fact, the worker is like 'the manager' in that regard - including filling me in on what I was signing without my glasses. Remember, I asked for help because I did not have my glasses. Both the worker and 'the manager' did not say one word to me about the no refund policy.
I said, "how can I get a hold of your manager? "
'The manager' said, "my manager's home number? "
"No", I said, "her work number. "
"She only comes in once in a while", 'the manager' said.
"So, what number do I call", I said.
"The store number".
The moral of that conversation, I can't talk to anyone other than the two people I was currently having difficulties with.
Long story short, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they ruled on my side. So, I did get my money back and hopefully the two women working at this particular store learned a lesson around cheating people out of their hard earned cash. But, when 'the manager' can sit on top the counter and not greet people as they come in the store, one can't expect much. I would NEVER recommend this store as long as the current crew is working, including the big boss who has no set-up for customer issues. Who even has a store anymore with no one to bring issues to? Bad, bad, bad place. Business strategy and customer relations is a pipe dream here. Go to another store where customers get respect and if you don’t see well, staff will tell you they will gladly help you and point out what you need to know, not scam you out of money and swear later you did THOROUGHLY. I hope that if you are ever going blind that people won’t treat you like you treated me! What’s wrong with talking to the same ‘manager’ to let them know they scammed you, but they’re the higher up too, so they can fix the situation. Where I come from that’s called ‘putting the fox in with the chickens disguised as a chicken’. Read previous reviews regarding 'not nice' and 'taking advantage' of older individuals. Of course you’re going to deny all this, but incompetency doesn’t automatically equate with stupidity.

Used their website to determine cost before I went in, weight, length, width, height, computed entirely according to their pricing. Their number was considerably higher, stonewalled when I asked, showed them their number on the website and they didn’t budge with no explanation. Will use a different carrier every time.

Convenient location, but they play fast and loose with UPS policies, usually to your detriment. The manager doesn't even seem to be aware. Save yourself some hassle and go to any of the three other locations nearby.

Would not recommend this store. Went in expecting to pay 10 cents per copy and 5 minutes later owed over $7.00. May not seem that much but printing off their computer was deceiving. Felt scammed. The staff was no help.

Was in this store Friday 6/12, late afternoon, Young man nice but ladies working in this store are horrible. Neither of them nice. They appear to not like each other, seem very angry. Sad!

My elderly Great Aunt and Uncle shipped Wedding supplies to me and they were taken advantage of. The items were over packed and instructions weren’t made clear. This resulted in a much higher price being spent on their part. After contacting the manager, who didn't accept any responsibility for the over shipping, also she never apologized for her part in the mis-communication. I remain very disappointed and maddened by the unprofessional behavior i experienced. We will never use this store again.

The customer service goes well beyond the call of duty. The staff is excellent at solving problems and do it with grace and a smile. With 3 UPS stores near me, this is the only one I need to remember.

GREAT LOCATION! I was driving west on the Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy heading towards another UPS Store (in Canyon Square), when suddenly, I spotted a UPS Store sign pointing into the Fred Meyer Marketplace Shopping Center in Raleigh Hills. Coming across this one saved me a ton of driving time as it was rush hour - and this one is much closer to my home. Employees were friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

I was in a hurry and desperately needed to print a few things for school. Allison was very perceptive and caring. She delegated her time just to help me be on time and have the best results for what was needed for my class. She's very professional, friendly, and helpful. This UPS store is the best!
