22 They sent my package to the wrong address.
Tip: Have your employees show the customer the address they enter into the system prior to printing the label. FedEx does this. USPS does this. I'll come back as soon as they start doing this.
First off, If I can give zero star, that’d be what I give. My package came here, and the store decided they don’t accept any package from anyone who don’t pay them for a mail box. Further, they decided not to tell me my package was there and send me away to ups hub only to have ups driver return my package to the main hub. Unprofessional and dishonest. UPS is reasonably reliable, this store is another story. Ship at your own risk
I came in and UPS was extremely busy I ended up getting helped by her and she was extremely helpful and very informative. Ashley rocks!
As usual the service is great! Fast, easy, friendly. I'm perplexed as to why there is now a tip jar at the counter? It surprised me and I wonder if this will become standard practice and we will see tip jars at the post office? The grocery store? Bank tellers? The employee told me that the tip jar is for people who appreciate good service and want to tip. Will I no longer get good service at UPS if I don't tip? This was never a thing before. Is the employer not paying a fair wage? Have the employees wages been reduced?
Good service, employees get it done, quick and easy, sometimes a tiny wait, but never a hassle.
I have never had such a bad experience shipping anything! First, staff was inexperienced in how to package, they charged me a whopping $102.00 for a card board box or should I say boxes! Told me I would need to come back in an hour, so I did. The guy who charged me did not verify cost before packaging item! All I could do was stand there in disbelief! When the initial shock wore off i attempted to get it sent anyway, now $175.00 to ship!
The other shipping place was shocked that they had packaged the item in such a large box, they laughed and asked where I had the item packaged.
Also, they refused to give me a refund even though it was their incompetence! I hope they spend my money wisely, I will never return to any UPS store!
The staff at this UPS store is wonderful. They are professional and friendly. They offer alternate methods of shipping that help reduce the cost. They are the only folks we use for shipping in Bend.
I agree with Tina Huey 100%. I’ve had a box here on and off for almost 3 years. During this time the customer service has plummeted. I do a lot of shipping for my business and I’ve begun to take my business elsewhere. Erin has absolutely no idea what customer service actually means. I’ve never been treated so poorly by an arrogant, condescending employee.
Always well-staffed with knowledgeable and courteous help. They have many, many services. If you don’t have an office or secretary, they can do most of what you need done. They assisted me w posters and book drawings, emails, home sales paperwork and tax communications. They have envelopes and a great selection of greeting cards. It’s a great home office!
I love the UPS Store. It’s super convenient and quick and easy to get in and out of there. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. Jessica is especially helpful and knowledgeable.
I enjoy going to the UPS store in Bend. The service is friendly, quick, and they make sending packages out very easy. I use them all the time. I highly recommend both of their stores, one on 3rd Street and one on Century Drive. Paula
I love this store and the staff who work here. I had a mailbox here (and received many packages) and all of the staff always took great care of me. I recently moved out of state and accidentally shipped a few different things to the old address. They called me to let me know, held them, and shipped them to my new address. Highly recommend.
Called at least 5 times in less than an HR. Seems they are to lazy to pick up the phone or call a potential customer back. I'll use Postal Connections from now on.
On a Monday morning I showed up with 16 BOXES that all went to different locations. (Mid-way thru I got a message from the shipper that they needed to change a few addresses she had already done) Jessica was so patient and just worked through them all while also working through a line of customers. Thank you for the great customer service!

I've always had great service and experience here. Quick in and out and can take care of any package big or small. Lots of Amazon returns and they can print your return slip there for easy returns. I go here for ups and USPS. Plus 10 minute parking right up front.

OMG I have never had such poor customer service! Went to mail out the phone I understand the packaging criteria but the lady was just plain out rude. I understand we have bad days but she continued to be condescending in a way. I used to have a box there and they were always very friendly never had an issue before. I was going to get a new box there because I didn’t renew it but now I’m just gonna go up the street and get a box somewhere else where there’s better customer service and ship out my phone
I love coming into the UPS store. So much more convenient than the post office & the staff is always kind, fast and efficient.
Nobody has any idea of what they are doing here. I would go some place else. Completely incompetent workers. Would give 0 stars if I could
