Luckily I found Therapia which is minutes from my house. I suffered a sports injury which required multiple visits over a 3 month period. The level of compassionate care helped me physically and emotionally. If you live in SW Portland give Therapia a try.

I’ve been seeing Liz for acupuncture on and off for quite some time and she is amazing. She’s prescribed the only thing (Chinese herbs) that have ever helped my digestive issues, food sensitivities and bloating after years of doctors and diets. She also helps with my sleep and migraines. She does research, gives referrals for other specialists and is extremely thorough. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going here for awhile now and the staff has always been great. They have calm soothing music softly playing as you enter into this well designed waiting room. They have won me over with their professionalism and their kind welcoming staff. The chiropractor and massage therapists know what they’re doing and are good listeners.

Ive been going to Therapia every week for the past two months and its been awesome! My first time going I was super nervous, but Maer and Meagan at the front desk made me feel comfortable and welcome, and continue to do so every week. Everyone at Therapia makes me feel listened to and seen and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. What truly sets Therapia apart is the personalized approach to each client. They took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns, tailoring the treatment to address them. It was evident that their team is committed to providing the highest quality care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for their clients.

I would give Therapia Wellness Clinic 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Every person that I interacted with at Therapia Wellness goes above and beyond to show care and provide excellent services. After I was in a car accident, I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Rachel within a few days. Immediately I felt taken care of by a whole team of professionals dedicated to helping me recover through chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage. The receptionists are so warm and welcoming, quickly learning my name and remembering times of day that I'm available for rescheduling. The atmosphere is spa-like and so relaxing with quiet music playing throughout the building. My care from Dr. Rachel, Beth, and Jen was better than I could have hoped for and always had me feeling better and so relaxed after each session. I couldn't recommend a better clinic for chiropractic, acupuncture, or massage near Portland.

Great option to get a massage and chiropractic at the same time. Rachel is great. Very gentle but effective and she takes the time to get to the root causes of your pain.

I went to Therapy Wellness Clinic for the first time in January of this year. I started experiencing some severe back pain and was looking for a place to establish Chiropractic care. Since my first visit with Dr. Rachel, I was blown away by her kindness, support, knowledge, professionalism, care, and the fact that she creates such a safe space. With every visit with Dr. Rachel, I walk away understanding so much more about my body and gather different concepts that I can do on my own to keep supporting my healing journey. I have also worked with some of the Massage Therapists (Jenn and Jim) and did some Acupuncture (Elizabeth) and everyone that I have worked with has provided so much amazing care that have really assisted me in feeling so much better. The staff that greets me is always so kind, the environment is warm and inviting, and I truly am so grateful to have found this Clinic as it has been crucial in supporting my body and has allowed me to practice epic self care. If you are looking for a Clinic that has a variety of modalities to help with healing or pain management, this is your spot!

A great place for healing of all kinds. The treatment rooms are unique, clean, and cozy. The staff and practitioners are professional and skilled. And they can bill insurance! I've only ever had positive experiences here, and many of them. Five stars!

Absolutely unethical billing practices. Called several times to confirm and delayed appointments for insurance verification and then was given the wrong information where a 25 dollar copay became an 180 dollar visit. Will not communicate accurate billing information no matter how emphatic they are about costs.

Very business oriented practice.

If you don’t make it in to 10minutes after the appointment time, they call you and saying that you are 10minutes late and we are canceling the appointment and you will be charged for the entire service fee.

Penalizing patients with not only not seeing them if they are late for 10minutes but also charging them the entire service fee that you didn’t receive is too cruel. (I would understand if there is some no show fee but not the whole amount of service fee and I would understand if patient was late 20min so only getting 40min of service and charged for an hour of service-this would be totally understandable)

Also, if you don’t pay your balance within 30 days, they will add 4% extra charge to what you owe.

I admit that it was my fault not remembering or not carefully reading the terms and conditions at the first visit of appointment. But still I feel like I have been living in a different world.
