I worked with Kimberly Mineo for my chronic SI joint pain for a few months and had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a healthcare professional.
She actually cares about helping people.
When I wasn't improving, she was creative in trying to find other solutions that may work. She also explained the science behind why we were doing a certain exercise, which I very much appreciated.
Towards the end of my time there when I still wasn't have any of my pain reduced, she thought it could be internal and suggested I go to gynecologist nearby, which ended up being the answer.
My precious experience with doctors /specialists was to dismiss me if what they normally do doesn't work.
Kimberly is an amazing, down to earth person and I can't recommend her enough!

The PTs here are experts and so positive about the healing/recovery process. Between stretching and strengthening I feel completely 100% again, and now have the tools to take care of any future flare ups.

I started therapy in so much pain. At the time, I didn't think I'd ever get better. Basic exercises were excruciating. 12 weeks later and I forgot I was ever in pain in the first place! I feel stronger and I know my PTs - Pauline and Caroline - will be around should I need help again.

My experience was spectacular from the point of making an appointment to receiving care. If I could summarize my experience in one word is “care”. Therapydia staff cares and I received excellent care. Communication from my therapist was always open and she listened to me fully.

Pauline was really great to work with for my plantar fasciitis. She would offer lots of different options to expand the stretch.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Kim is incredible and so kind and thoughtful. She listens and really knows her stuff. She wants to partner with you to make you as successful as you can be, and has no qualms about adjusting things if/when you need it. I have seen physical therapists for years, and I LOVE how flexible and comfortable she is - she makes me feel so confident. 1000% A+!

Definitely recommend Dr. Kim Mineo, she is worth the wait!
I had never received ASTYM prior to my foot surgery, and she and the treatment worked wonders on getting my mobilty & function back. I will definitely be back for more ASTYM:)
